Ordered this trampoline for my kids Christmas present. Set it all up according to directions and within 2 jumps the mat became loose and was sagging. The safety net was missing a strap but we found something around the house that would work but also noticed that after the 2 jumps and safety net was also coming loose from the straps up top so we would have to constantly tighten them. Since it was a Christmas present we went and bought a trampoline from a local store and took this one down. We are currently trying to return this trampoline since my children cannot use it but the company is giving us a hard time and not wanting to provide a shipping label unless we show the “damaged” product which we’ve already taken down and boxed back up. Would not recommend this company/product to anyone.

This is the easiest trampoline to assemble and the durability of it so strong holds up 550lbs. The size it’s just perfect and value of this is amazing also has safety features. Easy to store away and you can work on your abbs, arms and curves. I highly recommend getting this specific product.

I wanted a trampoline for my 6 year old daughter.
Spring-free trampolines weren’t in my budget so I spent many hours researching different brands before settling on this one for my six year old daughter.
PACKAGING: Everything came organized in the box with easy to understand instructions. It’s a heavy package that definitely takes two people to move, which is something to consider if you’re trying to keep it hidden.
ASSEMBLY: This is a two person project but it does not take long and it is not difficult. The spring tool that is included makes it relatively easy regardless of your size and strength.
I organized the pieces on the ground before beginning. We were expecting this to take the better part of a day but it was finished in 90 minutes.
It includes all of the necessary tools but a drill helps to secure everything a bit tighter.
TRAMPOLINE: The springs sit outside of the net, which is important since the net should be designed to not only prevent accidental falls but also spring injuries. The closure for the net is solid. It includes a zipper that closes from the inside as well as buckles that snap together.
The bars sit outside of the springs, which is another safety design since falling into a bar first could lead to an injury.
The springs are covered with a very thick piece of waterproof fabric that ties securely over the springs. This protects the springs from weather elements while the padding adds a layer of protection for the kiddos.
If a spring has to be replaced, it would be easy to get to it and then recover them.
The jump area is a thick and durable fabric that bounces easily without feeling like you’ll fall through.
The trampoline includes stakes but they are fairly small. I plan on purchasing additional ones for storms with higher winds.
SIZE: I purchased the 10 ft trampoline which is great for 2 children or 3 little ones. I was able to get in and jump with my 6 year old without any problems. If you have 2 or more kids, I’d opt for a bigger one.
It’s only been assembled for 10 days now but so far it’s proven to be a really great choice in terms of budget, assembly, safety, and overall quality. I’m looking forward to adding some LED lights for night time jumps.

It’s been assembled and used for ONLY 3 MONTHS and the entire orange band running around the bottom has now almost completely lost its color and has all kinds of rips in it. I assume it’s not an issue structure-wise for the safety net, just looks like we’ve had it way longer than 3 months. The zipper has also lost a lot of its color too.
The assembly was pretty straightforward. It took two of us one hour to fully put together. Even the springs were easier to do than we expected, the spring tool was so helpful! The only instruction missing from the papers were how to attach the mat (spring cover), so we opted for common sense and tied it on how we thought would be best.
It came with a happy birthday banner too, which was perfect for our occasion.
We got the 12’ which is a really good size for our 10 year old.
Overall, I would recommend this trampoline. It has been good entertainment during the summer break.

I’m a busy mother of 5, don’t typically have the time to write reviews but I felt that this company was a 10 out of 10 with customer service and the quality of the trampoline met all expections. My kids have been jumping for over 2 years and have had a blast. It took me days on end to find the right trampoline for them and years down line we’re still smiling from ear to ear. Thanks guys!
