I attached the bungees to the frame, make sure you read closely how to space the bungees. I put it together ALL by my womanly self. It took about 40 minutes or less…I took my time. I purchased the handle bar too, happy I did. It works great! I bought the 44”. Let’s just say after all of my research I have done on the exercise itself then on the mini trampoline it is paying off!! Many health benefits and my sister noticed my weight loss and I just purchased it on 6/11/21. About a month later changes are noticeable. Each hop counts as a step so I have found it much easier to reach 10,000 steps and more.

It’s a great trampoline! I already had a spring trampoline but my family begged me to stop using it because it was so loud. I got this one and it’s super quiet. I took a star off because mine came with the wrong assembly instructions. I went to YouTube to figure it out. My fingers hurt from all the tussling with the bungee cords. Ugh!! Other than that it’s great.

I purchased this in “used, like new” condition, and other than a lot of tape on the box, it was in fact “like new”. I expected the assembly to be more complicated, so was pleasantly surprised to find out that it wasn’t difficult and was well-explained in the instructions. Just one part takes a bit of strength, when you hook the second bungee. They have a website if replacements are ever needed. It’s a very nice, high-quality rebounder with an even, smooth bounce. And, no creaky springs! As a middle-aged person, I’m really liking adding this new type of exercise to my routine. You can really feel the muscles it’s working.

I’ve purchase two trampolines from JumpSport as the quality you get for the price is outstanding. I purchased the 350Pro, but gave it to my daughter who was quarantining during COVID, and after swimming season ended wanted another trampoline. I considered purchasing the 350 Pro again but really wanted a larger trampoline, and this 430 at 44 inches, though just 5 inches bigger than the 350 Pro was reasonably priced. It do appreciate the extra five inches as you can do more types of movements with the trampoline. The written materials I got with the trampoline say that it is good for 275 pounds though I did notice that the Amazon description says 225 pounds. This trampoline does not have adjustable bungees, however I never did adjust the bungees on my other trampoline. If you have never done this type of exercise you will find that it will strengthen your legs, your core, improve your balance, and get your heart rate up. I find this trampoline to be fairly firm, but it seems to be not too firm. In short, this is a high quality affordable trampoline that will improve your health when used regularly.

Came easy enough to assemble (easier w/ 2 people). I really appreciate how quiet the springs are. Very sturdy, & well built. Definitely worth the $$$. Trust me, you will get a good workout! Hubby & I both noticed very quickly how much easier going up & down stairs became!

I am 50 female and needed something to keep me moving so I got this rebounder the ( 44 in ), it does take up quite a bit of space but I love it, I have had it for about 2 weeks and already notice a difference in my energy and my belly has gone down a bit. I use it every other day from anywhere 2 min to a full 10 tob15 min workout which I get from youtube. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy low impact workout.

Great rebounder! I bought the u shaped handle and it is rock solid. It was very difficult to put together. I followed a video on line which required me to take off all the bungies and put them on with the loop side first. This made it easier but it was still extremely difficult. I love the end result.

I own a yoga/ fitness studio. I teach a lot of classes, I needed a cardio workout that is low impact instead of my usual running ( plantar fascia ). I did a workout on it for 30 minutes intermittent and my heart rate stayed at 150 steady . I was shocked. It was also the Funniest workout I have ever done in 28 years. Plan on purchasing some for my clients at the studio!!!!!!
