I love it.. really feels like a work out it’s kinda loud but you’ll get used to it to the noise very smooth and fun to use but when you swing it on your hips the metal inside scrapes the plastic and white dust comes out.

Very flimsy and when you use it it rubs the plastic off causing a plastic powder around the inside of the hoop not very easy to use dice it has a lot of drag going around

The product is good quality, especially seeing others ones that cost 8 times more. It is very loud though, so if noise bothers you, this is not for you. It also is a little rough on your stomach. I did not see the scale change after a week, only burned an average of 200 per 30 minutes, and it’s hard to keep the ball moving.
Overall, it’s great for toning legs, but it has very little effect on waistline, and it’s hard to incorporate arm movement without losing momentum. Fun workout but not a miracle machine for weight loss.

I purchased this as a trial run before committing to the on-brand one. This one feels cheap and is LOUD. Despite this, it’s surprisingly durable. I used it daily for weeks and it hasn’t truly broken. My main complaint is how often the moving piece gets caught on the track if you really get going

This is a good work out. It’s nice and easy but also you lose a lot of calories. If you wear your Apple Watch, you will see definitely worth the money you need to buy one. I had fun with my work out and it’s something different to do. It’s very easy to assemble, and the colour is quite nice. I have lost weight but I have also been running. It’s very sturdy and stays together as you work out.

The hoop works well, I’ve only had it for a few days, though. I initially had a bit of difficulty getting it to work, as I assumed you’d have to move your hips in a circular motion like with a normal hula hoop, but in order to keep the weight spinning around on this type of hoop, you need to do more of a side-to-side motion, or a rocking back and forth. It definitely gets the heart rate going and I could only do 3 minutes on my first go-round (but I’m really out of shape). I hope to work up to more time little by little.
The hoop is easy to assemble, but a bit noisy. I was hoping to use this at night after my newborn goes to bed, but nope, too noisy. At least I can grab it and do a quick workout during the day during one of her wake windows.

I like that I paid a fraction of the price of some others and this couldn’t work any better! It is a bit noisy, but that’s not an issue for us. It can get stuck if you slow down too much, but I think that’s my newbie technique!
The unit is easy to put together and adjust for different sizes. It’s easily portable.
I haven’t used it long enough to see any results, yet, but I certainly am moving my whole body – you can do more movement or less – depends on the user!
I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This is way better then I was expecting for the price granted it’s fairly cheapish plastic but its made well specially for the price, it works it’s alot easier then a normal hula hoop but ive also always loved playing with hula hoops and they’re Definitely different feelings between this hoop and a normal hula hoop ,might be alil difficult for a complete beginner, everyone is alittle bit different on what’s easier just remember practice makes perfect 🙂 the ball glides well the color is pretty, the sound of it’s really not to bad but is a tiny bit noisey and the price is unbeatable, if your thinking about getting it to try….I say go for it 🙂 I’m sure you’ll really like it 😊

It took a few uses to get comfortable with the speed of the weight swivel so pretty easy to use. Appears to be well made and extra pieces allow for size adjustments. Listening to music or something on ear buds is recommend as the swivel does have a unique sound due to the track it travels on.

It’s very loud and the wheels don’t smoothly slide along the inside of the belt. You can feel it catch at each joint in the belt as it travels around. My daughter (7F) says it hurts.
