This is my first time using a pre workout. I enjoy the gym but some days I’m just not feeling it, so I wanted something to give me a little push and keep me energized to perform my absolute best the entire workout. I hate energy drinks and already start my day with a protein shake and double shot espresso but I needed something a little extra.
Having never used this, I used only a 1/2 scoop in 24 ounces of water. I drank it 20 min before arriving to the gym. Upon arrival I definitely felt more awake and absolutely had energy. The best part was it felt NATURAL. It didn’t feel artificially induced which was my fear. I was able to get in a very vigorous 60 min leg day. I was able to pump out more reps and extend my time from 45 min to a full 60 min. I left feeling worked and tired but not exhausted and definitely no crash and burn. I didn’t experience any tingles or itch which I read are common side effects of pre workout powders.
While I have nothing to compare it to , I feel the over all quality was great. At only 1/2 the suggested serving, it met my purpose and tasted pretty good (they did however send me the wrong flavor. I ordered bomb pop and got blue raspberry) I look forward to making it part of my regular gym routine.

Great product! This is the first pre workout that I’ve used and it’s exactly what I had imagined it would be. The fruit punch flavor is pretty good, has to be drank cold. I’ve only tried the single scoop serving so far as I’m still new to pre workout. The costumer service at jacked factory is amazing! I also purchased their creatine powder, which is also amazing! I trust what this company is making, especially since it’s backed by such a great customer service team.

Nitrosurge Pre-Workout Review: Fuel Your Performance, Not Your Jitters
Nitrosurge is a pre-workout supplement that promises “endless energy, instant strength gains, and clear focus.” After several weeks of incorporating it into my training routine, I can confidently say it delivers on most of these promises, with a few caveats.
The Good:
Energy: Nitrosurge provides a noticeable energy boost without the jitters or crash often associated with other pre-workouts. This sustained energy helps power through even the toughest workouts.
Focus: The mental clarity and focus I experienced were impressive. It felt like a tunnel-vision effect that kept me locked in on my training goals.
Pump: Nitrosurge definitely delivers on the pump. My muscles felt fuller and more engorged during workouts, which is always a satisfying feeling.
Taste: The flavors I tried (Blue Raspberry and Cherry Limeade) were both delicious and not overly sweet.
The Not-So-Good:
Strength Gains: While I did notice a slight increase in strength, it wasn’t as dramatic as the product claims suggest. However, the sustained energy and focus definitely allowed me to push harder and potentially see some long-term gains.
Tingling: The beta-alanine in Nitrosurge causes a harmless tingling sensation, which can be distracting for some users. I personally didn’t mind it, but it’s worth noting.
Overall:
Nitrosurge is a solid pre-workout option, especially for those sensitive to stimulants. The clean energy, focus, and pump benefits make it a valuable addition to your supplement stack. While the strength gains may not be “instant,” the overall performance enhancement is undeniable.
If you’re looking for a pre-workout that gives you a sustained energy boost, laser-sharp focus, and a great pump without the jitters, Nitrosurge is definitely worth trying. Just be aware of the potential for tingling from the beta-alanine.

Great product and very effective.
I wasn’t sure how good this product would be, but definitely passed the test.
Here is what I do (I don’t recommend you copying me if you don’t have tolerance to caffeine).
I’m a Powerlifter, I usually split my workout in 2 on lifting days. I usually do my compound movements in the morning and take 1 scoop of Nitro Surge 30 before that AM workout and in the afternoon/evening, I take another scoop for my accessories exercises.
Definitely felt the tingling sensation which I love, but for others, it may annoy them.
If you do take 2 scoops, make sure you don’t drink any other caffeinated products during the day, it can be harmful.

I’ve been using the NITROSURGE Pre-Workout Supplement for 2 weeks now, and it has undoubtedly made a noticeable difference in my workout routine. Here’s my comprehensive review:
Pros:
Energy Surge: NITROSURGE delivers a solid energy boost, giving me the vitality and motivation I need to power through my workouts, even on low-energy days.
Focus and Alertness: One of the standout features is its ability to sharpen mental focus. I’ve found myself more alert and dialed into my training, which has translated into more productive sessions.
Enhanced Endurance: This supplement has significantly improved my endurance during high-intensity workouts. I can push through longer sets and more repetitions with less fatigue.
No Crash: Unlike some pre-workout supplements that lead to a post-workout energy crash, I haven’t experienced any crashes with NITROSURGE. The sustained energy is a big plus.
Delicious Flavors: The available flavors, particularly the fruit punch and watermelon, taste great. It’s a treat to look forward to before each workout.
Cons:
Slightly High Stimulant: If you are sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, you might find NITROSURGE a bit intense. A slightly lower caffeine content could cater to a broader audience.
Tingling Sensation: Some users may experience a tingling or itching sensation, commonly known as “beta-alanine tingles.” It’s not painful, but it can be a bit uncomfortable for some.
Sweetness: While the flavors are delightful, they can be overly sweet for those who prefer subtler taste profiles. This is more of a personal preference.
Not Ideal for Late Workouts: Due to its energy-boosting properties, I’d recommend avoiding taking NITROSURGE too late in the evening, as it might affect your sleep quality.
Price: It falls on the higher end of the price spectrum for pre-workout supplements. While the quality is evident, budget-conscious buyers might hesitate.
In summary, the NITROSURGE Pre-Workout Supplement will become a staple in my fitness routine for its impressive energy-boosting and focus-enhancing abilities. However, the high stimulant content and the tingling sensation may not suit everyone. If you’re looking for an effective pre-workout supplement and are comfortable with a bit of caffeine, it’s definitely worth a try. Just be mindful of the timing, as the energizing effects can be long-lasting.

Mixes well, great taste and the value is amazing. Sustainable for heavy lifts yet the dosage can be tailored to any level of fitness. The powder dissolves easily and the smell and texture make for a great beverage.

Inexpensive but powerful pre workout powder.
Taste ok. I was motivated to train in about 15 minutes. Helped me maintain my focus and finish.

Good effects so far, though I’m not too thrilled about the subtle aftertaste of pickle. I would probably go with a different flavor despite the extra few dollars all the other flavors cost. It’s got good effects, but I give the flavor on this a 6/10. Tolerable, but not enjoyable.

If taste is low on your list, feel free to entertain this option. It gives a smooth bump in energy and is formulated well for that. I do believe the max scoop is too great in caffeine content, so I’d stay away from double scooping, 360mg, but that’s your decision.
As far as the taste… its very pre workout like. I see pre works outs in 4 tiers:
-Tastes good (literally would drink it at any time if there wasn’t massive caffeine in it)
-Tastes OK, meaning not good but not terrible
-Taste medicine-like (self explained)
-Taste like a pre work out (which is the worst) very sharp, very harsh taste.
I’ve only had one good pre workout and its discontinued. Most of the other I’ve used are in the OK range. This one, in Watermelon, is in the worst tier. Very harsh, and very sharp. I actually doubled the water to knock down the overbearing artificial flavor. All and all, not a fan. I’m actually surprised at the number of positive reviews. I know we are all different, but I can’t see how someone sees this one (watermelon) as good tasting. Just blows my mind. I imagine this is what watermelon Nyquil would taste like.

This stuff always exceeds my expectations! I’ve tried quite a few different pre-workout mix brands, including c4 (which is also very good), but this one is my favorite brand because of the taste and most importantly the punch that it packs that gets you going like you’re on some sort of legal crack. This stuff is awesome, and totally safe and legal. Go for Grape! 🍇

I’m very pleased with the pump I get with this pre workout and it tastes good too. Will order again.

I’ve been training for over 20 years and have tried countless products. This, hands down is one of the best pre workouts I’ve tried. No jitters, no high and low, no come down, just steady energy and mood. The price is very reasonable as well. Additionally, Jacked factory is a respected brand.

Good flavor, got watermelon. Tastes like those watermelon candies, mixes well and dissolves properly even in my regular water bottle shaken up. Even better than the cotton candy one which I bought 2x prior (and enjoyed), tried this for a change and it’s delicious. Does it’s job. I have some before a workout or a long shift (I work in a kitchen) and it works well, and I don’t find I get a huge crash after. Very good for focus also. I hope they keep making it and keep it available on Amazon. Their whey proteins are exceptional and nicely priced as well. Love this company. Been buying from them for about a year, and have not been disappointed.
