Makes my back feel better

This is a great inversion table. It’s very sturdy and works so smoothly. Luckily a friend came over to put it together because there were what seem like hundreds of pieces. The tools that came with it though were very cheap and flimsy so he had to use his own tools. If you’re not good with tools and instructions, make sure you have someone around that is.

5’10” 270 and this feels stable. Does a great job with allowing the correct angle desired, great for decompression and ab workouts. Just if you order know it comes with a ton of assembly required, if you are a functional adult who can read and understand photos it’s not hard to put together at all just a lot of little parts. 10/10 recommended if you want a great option for inversion, the whole family 25yrs-60yrs loves it at our house!

I’m 260lbs. And I feel totally safe using this. Pretty easy to assemble. Took about an hour. Comes with all the tools to assemble.

Missing one screw for the headrest, luckily i had a screw in my drawer that fit. As I was tightening a bolt part of the bar popped out(pictured) it is secure enough but another sign of cheap quality.
“Saftey strap” is a joke, the fact it has one aligned with is level of quality is only ironic, an inversion table should never need a “safety strap” (red flag)
Hand grips are loose and shaky even though completely tightened down making it feel sketchy. This is a decent product if you’re willing to risk your life and limb to stretch your back. 3/5 is very generous. I’d say spend the extra money and get the Teeter Hangups, I got what I can afford.

I got this to help relax my back after sitting all day for work. I’ve been using it for a few months now and don’t regret the purchase. The overall quality is good and works for its purpose. The two things that can be improved are the weak foot locking mechanism – this is what caused me to knock a star off – and the table resting position when folded. I’ve attached pictures of both of these. The biggest quality failure is in the locking mechanism for your feet. After only a few months it has worn out to the point where I have to manually pull the lever up to lock it into place, where initially it had enough tension on its own to return to its locked position. The second is a minor annoyance which is how the table rests at an angle when the legs are folded up. This means you have to place something with weight in front of the table for it to remain in place when you’re trying to put it away – a bigger problem when you don’t have a lot of space. Overall I’d recommend it if I couldn’t find something more solid in a similar price range

I weigh 150 kg, the machine is built well and most of all it doesnt hurt your ankles like other ones ive had. I am very happy, thankyou. Myles australia

I’m not a small guy. About 6′ 1″ and 225 lbs. I’ve been struggling with back problems for years. Mostly lower back but also up in my shoulder blades. I decided to try this because I’ve tried everything else and don’t want to take pain meds. I’ve been using for about 3 weeks now and it’s already helping a lot.
It’s sturdy and has handled my weight perfectly. The first week or so I found it to be really rough on my ankles. But I’ve gotten better at using it. Don’t set the feet to tight. And I do a few seconds, then back up right, then upside down again. To give my ankles a break.
I definitely recommend. I see no point in spending 3 times as much for a Teeter.

Instructions on how to put it together were good, but definitely could use a larger font for those who may need glasses. Seems pretty sturdy even for a big and tall guy like me. Been using it for the last couple weeks 1-2 times a day and it works well. Only thing I don’t like is the bar for your feet could be wider as you have to wear shoes or slippers when standing on it, after you lay back it’s irrelevant obviously.
Don’t know about durability but seems well built.
