    Ok, so …

    PROS:
♦ It really is easy to assemble (I had a bit of struggle tho with one of the metal clamps, so took 20 mins longer) and it was about 2 hours total. I used the wrenches that came with the Innova Table and a better screwdriver. The Youtube tutorial for its assembly is easier to follow than the manual.
♦ Super Sturdy in both modes
♦ It’s comfortable, tho could better benefit with a lumbar support pad
♦ Converts easy to Power Tower mode with a single knob behind the headrest and the angle adjuster rod.
♦ It has helpful references stapled to the back of the board for how to use the machine/store it.

    CONS:
♦ Though it CAN fold for better storage, it’s harder to actually do so overall (especially if you have a small space). The smallest I’ve found that it can go is by putting it in Power Tower mode, but you can’t lock it in place with the knob once the bars are completely folded, so the table is just freeballing and have to use the angle adjuster rod to keep it from smacking you when you move it. I dunno, it just seems REALLY unsecure no matter how you lay it. It’s meant to be slightly folded in Inversion Mode and creates about a 3ft by 3ft space with the pull-up/foot rest bar and headrest jutting out a bit on each end, but at least then it feels more secure than the aforementioned.
    ♦ It heavy.
♦ This one is more personal, but the packaging plastic the whole thing comes wrapped in… it’s also behind each of the board’s backplates, so you have to remove each one if you want all the torn plastic gone.
♦ Again this one is probably personal as I’m a very rigid person (hence why this machine will help overtime), but the lever you use to lock your ankles is very short, so you need to be able to bend to get the lever. Luckily I got small ankles, so I can just slip them in from the side without fiddling.

All that said, this is a really worthy purchase despite the little flaws that can be looked past by like most people. I’m a little on the smaller side for my height and build, so can’t really get a say in for heavier individuals, but it holds up nicely so far no matter how I use it (like jumping to use the pull up bar).

Everything works well. Only minor issue is one of the springs on the quick release hand bars sticks when adjusting length for forearms

If you’re considering buying this, do it. This is a well built and solid unit. I put mine in my basement (8’) ceiling and I can use all of its features including full pull-ups. Everything on this unit seems to be good quality including the coatings. I have no doubt this unit will last a long time. Everything you need to assemble is included and the instructions are pretty good.

I have not seen much relief of back pain as yet, but it may come with time. But this equipment does allow a range of exercises that should allow me to strengthen the core and back muscles which should help my lower back.

Wife wanted this item, to my surprise, as being upside down, is not usually an activity she enjoys, at all. However, she states her back feels amazing afterwards.
The versatility in the exercises available on this piece of equipment was a huge hit with the wife, as well as my two sons, one college age, and the other 13.
The wife was surprised at the size, although, I’m not sure how small of a contraption she was willing to trust to hold her upside down, safely, as an failure of this sort of contraption would result in direct impact compression of your c-spine, which in medical lamen is “bad”.
This inversion table, however, is stout enough, and stable enough, I don’t feel like I’m in any statistically significant amount of danger of death, at least the few times I’ve used it, in the past couple weeks.

Very easy to install and use

I’d say the price is fair considering all the things this inversion table does. and it does. we have tested every exercise that came listed with it, it’s a gem. but the main reason let’s be honest is it’s an inversion table, and it is a good one. my husband and I can both hang upside down quite comfortably, haven’t tried it together yet but we’ll see. very good buy indeed.

Does a great job. Feels sturdy and safe.

This works really well and was at a great price point to get us started with inversion. Highly recommend!

I’m using this machine for my lower back and so far so good, it’s to early to tell how I’m feeling it’s only 2 days that I’m using

I have mainly used this for the inversion table to stretch my back. this has worked great. Start slow – start with the more horizontal inversion and then work your way to more vertical. Do as the instructions say – this is only needed a few minutes each time you invert. I do it in the morning and evening. It has definitely helped keep my back stretched.

Regarding the additional workout features – i have only used a few so far in the two months i have had this item. They are easy enough to set up and use. There are a few various exercises that can be done – this is not meant to be a fully functioning exercise machine, but rather some exercises that complement the inversion table.

This version is definitely worth the price at $200.

Love this item. It is not cheap quality. Professional quality and I believe the weight limit is 300 lbs. very sturdy. Easily assembled. Directions are easy to understand. Husband and I put together within 20 minutes and we took out time. We both use it o have degenerative disc’s disease and spondylitis and I use it for this condition. It relieves my pain and helped stretch out my spinal column I think it says to use between 5 to 30 minutes I usually stay on it around 15 minutes on the 2 and 3 levels 3 times a week. The relief lasts a few hours but I do see a small improvement overtime with my pain and my stamina has also improved. I can walk and stand for longer periods of time amd hope that with long term use I will continue to see more improvement.
