This is an extremely well designed and built machine. Easy to assemble and very simple to use.
I appreciate having the harness as my wife would likely not use it otherwise. It has helped our aging backs a great deal.
I’m 70 years old and still enjoying riding a bicycle, exercise, and playing golf, but I do have pain in my lower back from various activities. I have a hard time sleeping after a round of golf; waking up with lover back pain and “tingling” in my extremities. The first time I inverted I could feel and HEAR my back “decompressing”, the relief was instant and with use everyday, it has greatly reduced my lower back pain and has allowed me to exercise more to help strengthen my back muscles. This is a great investment in my health and well being, but also my quality of life and most importantly, my happiness!

Here’s the deal…I don’t know a lot about inversion tables. I’ve had nagging, lingering lower back aches around my spine and on the tops of my hip bones (Not sure what that’s called) and cricks in the neck. I do know this. I have used this table almost everyday, twice per day since I got it (about 4 weeks ago as of this writing). I can’t say that I have any of these problems, except when traveling, and away from my table, maybe it’s a coincidence…I don’t know. It’s sturdy, easy to use and not really painful on the ankles as some reviewers suggest. I don’t ever wear shoes while inverting either and i don’t clamp the ankle supports down as tight as they can go either. I just pull the pin and let the spring tighten to where is goes. Here’s the second deal, realize that you are hanging, inverted, by your ankles so there will be minor discomfort on the ankles and your feet will get less blood flow and may feel like they fallen asleep. Blood will rush to your head and provide some pressure. It’s not that bad and you get used to it and can’t imagine any of this is much different with other tables. I do a 3 minute inversion, a short rest on the table back at the starting position followed by a 5 minute inversion each time I get on the table. I started out at 15 degrees and increased the tilt angle when I felt like it was comfy and time to move on…maybe after like a week or 10 days at each stage. I am about to go to 60 degrees next. Its also fairly easy to put together and well balanced. I have never felt like I was plunging backwards or forwards when using the table. I am 6’-4” and about 185lbs and it seems to like me. For the price, I am happy I bought it ( and I have a really hard time deciding to buy when paying more than $20 for anything). Have fun being a bat with the understanding that you’re not one. 😎

Lo único que no me gustó es lo molesto de la presión en los tobillos, lo demás cubre las expectativas 👍

My husband uses the table to help relieve back pain. We bought it at the suggestion of his pain specialist. He believes that the machine does relief the pressure on the low back discs (where his problem is), but the relief does not last more than 15 minutes or so after an inversion session (which he takes about 4 or 5 minutes to do). We believe that that is not the fault of the inversion table’s design; we believe that it is a function of his condition. If he knew before we bought the table that it would not give him long-term relief, he believes he would have bought the table. Hopefully, over time, the disc will take advantage of the relief it gets, nomatter how temporary.

The machine itself came with easy-to-follow assembly instructions; my husband especially appreciated the manufacturer’s placement of all screws, etc, on a sheet that also showed which screws were to be used in which phase of assembling the machine.

My husband is 70 inches tall, 180 pounds. The machine is solid on the floor when he inverts. He especially likes the safety features that promote confidence that he won’t fall out of the table while upside down — the locking device on the ankles and the shoulder straps. The machine operates smoothly, too.

We would recommend someone trying the inversion table if (s)he first gets clearance to use one from her/his doctor. The price is reasonable, and you could get more benefit from its use than my husband has thus far.

I have lower back pain. I was looking for a inversion table for sometime now, and one friend recommended this one. So I bought it. I use it when i get a chance, it has helped me with the back pain.
Initially its a little nerve wrecking, but as you use it more and more you get relax and get more benefit out of it.
It was nice safety features. They help getting used to the table.
The foot clamp has a lever for locking your foot. The lever helps alot. Especially if you have back pain.
Its a good solid inversion table. I am pleased with my purchase.
    I recommend this product.

    Great quality

Los tirantes de zosten son inservibles. Quizá convenga adquirir un modelo que no los tenga.

Me dio hasta el momento muy buena mejoría en el dolor, pero viene dañado. Espero una respuesta del vendedor o devolución del producto.

This table is well built and very solid. Assembly took approximately 40 mins. I used my own tools to expedite the process, and the instructions are very clear. Using the table is pretty straightforward. It gives great therapeutic results for my lower back disc compression. However, do some research online on how to use any inversion table. Ease into the therapy for only a couple minutes per session at a shallow angle to begin, then increase both over time. A person can overdo it with a very intense stretch causing a lot of discomfort if they just dive into the inversion therapy. Used wisely, this table is awesome for the price, and very comfortable with the ankle supports. I kinda chuckled a bit at the size, weight, and awkwardness of the box it came in; If you need this, you likely have back issues, so get help moving it when It’s delivered! 🙂 I would definitely recommend!

We bought this table after a LOT of searching. We used to own a Teeter Hang Ups, but we gave it to my daughter’s boyfriend when we moved out of state. My son and I started to have back problems, and our chiropractor suggested the inversion table. When I looked at the prices for the Teeter, I was shocked at how much more it costs now. So, the search was on. This particular model (Innova ITX9800) did not have a lot of reviews at the time, but I went for it. We got the table, and it was super easy to put together. Very, very sturdy. The only glitch was that one of the safety clasps was broken on one of the straps. Have to admit it could easily have happened in shipping, as the box was a bit beat up and had a hole in it. However, the rest of the table was in super shape. I emailed a picture of the broken clasp to the seller, and they responded right away and sent me a new strap and clasp. Awesome customer service! Absolutely love the safety features, the pin and the settings to get to the correct degree of inversion absolutely convenient to have (many inversion tables do NOT have this). The back is also padded very nicely, compared to our previous inversion table, which was fabric. To us, the ankle pads are much more comfortable than the plain padded bars some of the other tables have. It also folds away easily. Perfect for us!
