I’m in my 30s and have had arthritis in my knees for 5 years, and have had multiple knee injuries and dislocations over the years. Using a knee brace with a hinge was too much support and weakened my quads over time.
I am so grateful to have tried this knee sleeve- I now have 6 of them- and I wear them for long walks, pilates, lagree, yoga, weight lifting, and physical therapy! These sleeves give much better support than the cheap knee sleeves you can find on amazon (I tried so many $25 two-packs!) and genuinely give me the support I knee while still letting my quads fire and my muscles work to fully support my weight.
Definitely read the size chart- I wear a 6/8 in womens clothes and I need an XL, and it stays up perfectly for me. This sleeve has let me do thing I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to do again (yoga and hiking mostly!) and so grateful. Love these. They also hold up well in the wash, and I use a fabric shaver to remove pilling. If you wear them under clothes (they fit under jeans depending on how tight they are) it’ll pill a little more than usual.

Quality is pretty good, it’s flexible as it conforms to shape of knee. I like that it’s machine washable and can put in the dryer. Support feels great but start to see some wear and tear of material after 4 months of use. Kind of a little pricey but not too expensive. Difficult to remove after sweating at area that sleeve was on especially living in areas of high humidity. Overall it’s ok

Absolutely amazing brace. My husband had a broken knee and has arthritis in both knees. We have tried about every knee brace on amazon. These are miracle workers. He can move better and much less pain as they support the knee but not too much compression. Just the right amount. He even wore them to bed and they helped him sleep better. I would give these a 10 if I could. Make sure to measure above the knee around the bottom of the thigh. My husband was a 22 so I got the XXXL which is “22-26” He hasn’t had any problem with the stays. Just make sure when you put the sleeve on, the stays are on the sides of your leg, not on the front and back. These are also washable. I ordered him another pair! Highly highly recommend!

I really felt this brace really helped my knee.
It’s easy to get on and off, and because it is longer in length above and below the knee, it really helps to stabilize it.
It’s also not bulky under pants or leggings as other braces.
It felt kind of scratchy and tight when I first got it, but don’t be put off by that because it molds itself to the thigh and calf after a few wearings.
You definitely need to size up, so use their sizing guide which is pretty accurate, I was on the border, so I went up to the next size.
I definitely recommend this knee brace, it’s so much better than the usual ones you get at the drugstore and I would purchase it again if I need another.

Relieves and supports painful joint. Best I have ever had. You can wear it overnight not uncomfortable at all and it really works! I don’t know how but it is worth its weight in GOlD!

This is truly a great product! I use the knee sleeve whenever my knee swells up and is painful. I get water on the knee joint which I try to control through massage and using this knee sleeve. The sleeve is wonderful. Am able to control the pain. Highly recommend this knee sleeve!!

I have a million knee sleeves. But they start to irritate me after a just a few hours and while they help my arthritic knees there is a fine line before they feel crazy tight even though they are “light”. The price of this really put me off trying it but my “good” knee has been having a terrible time. X-rays show good space but the doc says arthritic flare and I was miserable so I went for it. It was interested how the stays in the sleeve seemed to be right where I wanted a little extra something. But the knit material looked comfortable. Great fit. I was having one of my worst days when this came. I took off the clunky hot neoprene sleeve I’d been wearing and put this on. Fit was perfect. It hugs my knee without choking it. It stayed in place. Within two hours it felt significantly better. I wore it for hours with no discomfort. This morning my knee feels 80% better than it has in two weeks. I was so skeptical I was prepared to be disappointed but there is obviously something about this sleeve that is very effective. As soon as I can afford it I will get one for the other knee as well. This is WELL worth a try. It’s comfortable and does offer support without being a hindrance. It’s warm without being hot. It seems really well made. People complaining about wearing out quickly should probably not be washing it on regular cycles but put in a lingerie bag and wash on gentle. The washing machine destroys clothes pretty quickly on anything but gentle cycle that has “soak” periods. I can’t recommend trying this enough.

I tore my right meniscus and the sleeve helps to keep my knee from moving. It gives my knee the support I need. I wasn’t sure of my size, I went extra large because I have so much swelling. The price is very reasonable and a great value in comparison to what the doctor gave to me. I would highly recommend to buy one.

I bought a cheaper compression type knee sleeve in addition to this and wore cheap one on left and Incrediwear on right. Wow, less than 1 hour in and cheap one made my leg feel like it was cutting circulation off and pinched behind my knee and I measured for both per guidelines. I wore the Incrediwear all day long it was so comfy. I’d give it a 5-star but it’s Incredibly expensive and hard to tell yet if it really helps with inflammation.
*Update* In aware these are marketed for athletic purposes. However, IF anti-inflammatory is real then improvement suggested for older folks like me would be to remove the structural side ribs, not structural enough to stabilize older ones and uncomfortable when sitting as I wear while working at office desk.
