My friend told me to try these to help with blood circulation I didn’t expect anything of it but I tried it. While I was in a session with the wife I started to realize I was lasting way longer than normal. When I finally did finish she asked me where has all that been at this whole time and I didn’t have an answer. Fast forward 3 sessions later and I’ve been the kind in the bed sense and I’m just now realizing it was this that I’ve changed that helped me perform way better in bed. I don’t know if it’s suppose to help in bed or not but it was recommended to me from a friend I say try it and see what it can do for you

Ordered this a couple weeks ago. I take 1 per day, had very minimal side effects (very tiny bit of stomach discomfort), but by taking 1 between breakfast and lunchtime it doesn’t bother me any longer.

Good product but I don’t love it I have to take it in a cup of water poured out of the capsules in order for me to get the full benefits of this product if I take it with the plastic it just does not dissolve in time and I feel like I haven’t taken anything
