I LOVE having this ring! I had a watch that counted my steps, but it broke so I haven’t been tracking my steps… turns out that it’s no wonder that I’m putting some weight on – this handy ring lets me keep track of my steps without having to have a bulky watch on and I just log into my app and all of my stats are there! I love that it also tracks my blood pressure and CO2 levels!
I did have to uninstall and install the app again after the initial install, but I think it was because I didn’t read the directions to have the ring charging while you add/detect the ring the first time. I got a size 8, but if I want up to a 9 it would be too loose, so I am a happy camper! I will update you once I try the sleep tracking ( I wanted to make sure the steps were accurate first – and they are – yahoo!!!)

I tried the very high priced product only to be disappointed. I saw this ring that was very affordable. I got this ring, it took so long to get to me, It was in the range given me, but I have gotten used to fast turn-a- round. Regardless. I did read the other reviews and was cautious.
First, I love this ring. This thing is great. Fits perfectly. There are no raised bumps (sensors) on the inside so it is not bothersome at all.
Next, I use this for steps, goal in steps. I use the heart rate, looks very accurate. It does blood oxygen level, but mine is 99% all the time so this seems good. It measures BP, REALLY? Yes, it does BP. After a few re-calibrations it looks accurate. I’ve compared it to my other BP cuff. It also measures sleep, I’m learning this one. I am watching the battery, so far it is looking like it will need to be charged every 4-5 days. I’ll do an update as I use this more, just had it for a week so far. The charger/case are nice. As silly as it sounds, the charger came with a lanyard. Why do I like that? Well I can hang it in an obvious place and not lose it like the small easily lose-able charger that other rings came with.
I did read other reviews. The ones that seemed to be the most negative looked to me like they were about the app. For me, it is showing all the instantaneous vitals and daily steps very well. So for me, this is perfect.
Update #1, OK, I was silly and decided my car needed to be washed in 50 degree temperature. Who realized your fingers/thump shrunk in cold weather. Well it fell off of my thump and hit the concrete driveway. Still works, no scratches no marks at all. Very Impressed. I am not sure I read the full description, but I have worn this while doing dishes, no issues at all. I do take it off in the shower, but that is me just removing stuff in the shower.

This was the perfect gift for my husband, it helps him monitor his activity so important for his health. It tracks his sleep and BP as well as his heart. Much better than the smart watch because he keeps it on, the smart watch was too easy for him to forget. The charging case is an added value. I have recommended this to many of my friends, this smart ring does more than many of the others on the market.

The ring was super easy to set up and worked really well! It really is a great way to keep track of your steps as well as your sleep and your heart rate. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a less expensive alternative.

This does perform the health tracking functions – oxygen, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep tracking, steps meter (pedometer). The app however is obviously a translate from an Asian language and as well the app is a bit confusing, especially as regards connectivity and changing preferences and settings. I found it a bit too wonky for my taste so did elect to return this item, considering a Samsung or Google mainstream alternative albeit either of those are twice the price or more. If you do consider one, be very sure of your ring size as it must be snug and not too loose (an issue with this technology in general).
