Was easy enough to put together. Is very sturdy. I lay on it a couple times a week for 5-10 minutes and had made a huge difference in my back pain. Easy to adjust.

  2. Beth

Arrived in a large box with lots of parts to assemble. I had no issues following the instructions. The package of bolts are labeled what step to use in which makes it easy. It took me about an hour to assemble, with my four year old son in my area. I think it’s good quality, especially at that price. Totally sturdy enough for 300lbs. It folds flat but it’s big set up. I recommend looking at the measurements. I’m 157lbs and did full inversion first use and felt stable.

  3. Geri Carrell

    Helped with back pain

Have had one of these before. Prior cost a little more years ago, was a bit more flimsy and could lick you upside down if you didn’t know what u were doing (potentially dangerous). This one has a safety angle pin, a better foot latching mechanism and seems more solid. The massage pad is fairly worthless, but that does not matter.

I’m thrilled with this Inversion Table! Assembly was a breeze, and its impeccable balance ensures a safe and comfortable experience. The sturdiness of this table is top-notch, providing confidence during every use. What’s even better is the unbeatable price for such a high-quality product. This inversion table has truly exceeded my expectations in every way, making it a must-have for anyone seeking relief and relaxation. A solid 5-star recommendation!

  6. Beth

Came on time, wasn’t hard to put together, and works great!

Definitely inite does what it’s supposed to.

I’m working with my physical therapist who suggested traction. We went through all sorts of home devices and settled on this. Great value for the price. I have a small studio apartment but enough space to use. I read the reviews so started out SLOWLY. Still hurt like H*LL the next few days. Second use, lots of pain afterwards, third use not as much after pain. ZERO pain the 4th time. Now my body asks for it. My best guess is that while upside down I was in pain then and after the first three times as either myofacial tissue or scar tissue was being stretched and breaking down. I definitely feel more limber now that I’ve gotten through the initial recovery (hot baths and massage helps) period I am super happy with my purchase. I’m over 200 lbs and device is very sturdy. Had to make the setting for a shorter person (5’1″) than my real 5’4″ to get the balance right and be able to swing myself over. Placed the device close to some built in bookshelves to guide myself safely over more slowly than hands over head. Building Instructions SUCK. ZERO usage instruction.
