I purchased this food and fitness journal to use over the summer months. I like that it is a twelve week program, so it’s a short term goal I can focus on. I love the graphics and various pages of daily logs. Each one goes into more specifics to help you with your food and fitness journey. The quality is excellent for the price.

This is a beautiful fitness tracker, definitely made for women with the beautiful pink color and feminine graphics.
The journal is very well made. The spiral coil is thick and sturdy. The prints on the pages are deep and rich. The paper is semi-thick. This is an 8.5×11 size, which is so convenient to be able to have lots of space to write, and don’t have to squint to see the text. The only downside of this is that it’s not as portable as smaller journals.
There is lots to track in this journal. There is a starting page where you can add your “before” pics and measurements. You have a goals page to kick off the “why” of your fitness journey. There is a page with pre-provided common calories and macros. A couple of pages for monthly goals. A page with pictures of common full body and fat burning body moves, a page for 12 weeks of progress tracking, and finally 12 weeks’ worth of daily logging for exercise, cardio, and food logging, with lots of boxes for each.
I love that this focuses on 12 weeks, this is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to get overwhelmed and is looking for a shorter goal before moving on to longer goals.
I highly recommend this journal for the ladies who are looking for a cute and functional fitness journal.

There is only ONE page where you can track 12 weeks (1 week at a time) and is overall work, not daily 12 weeks of tracking. There is only ONE full month calendar. There are only 60 daily tracking pages. It’s good but only if you are looking for 2months maximum of daily tracking.

It’s a large size, great colors and adequate space. The spelling really needs some editing. There are several typos, the one in the photo I attached is on the actual product picture where it says “track you progress” instead of “your”. It indeed shows that in the book itself as well. There are other typos I didn’t feel like picturing so if this sort of thing bothers you, don’t order it. Also, there is a lot of food statistics listed and I am a veggie head so all the meat and dairy stuff isn’t relevant to me so I wished they had just left those spots blank for us to fill in with foods we actually eat.
