    This is everything that I was looking for! I tried so many apps, but nothing was right for me. I tried my own little note books, but they all got wrinkles and ripped. The cover and quality spine makes it awesome to right on, while also protecting the pages — even having a strap to keep it closed. The best feature is the daily workout pages. It was exactly what I wanted: a space to right the exercise, weight, and reps! Great journal for making sure I progressively overload and eliminate junk volume. Plus, all sorts of other neat features like: notes, water consumption, duration of workout, sleep, daily weight, daily intensity, goals, body measurements, too many to list. Great quality, great page layout. Will be buying one for my girlfriend, and more for when I fill this one up.

    UPDATE: I frequent two different gyms, and my closest lifting friend from each gym saw my notebook, inspected the layout in detail, and loved it. I sent them the link and each bought one for themselves. All three of us being very dedicated lifters goes to show that this notebook is very well put together.
    My only wish would be options for different colored covers so I can quickly tell mine apart from theirs!😂 I use a different colored pen,
    but still grab one of theirs all the time.

    With a lot of places going to digital I’ve been looking for a workout log that I can write in since I’m a little old school and don’t actually want to have my phone by me when I’m working out. So glad I found these. Just the perfect amount of detail I want to log, nice cover and spiral bound. Nice additional tracking info as well. Will handle the rigors of being in my workout bag. Great great product.

    Definitely recommend buying to get a hold of your fitness goals and keep on track. The writing space is great and the functionality of the book is easy as well. A great way to start off your fitness journey.

    I’m putting this edit right at the top of my review because they just changed how this book is made, and they changed a key feature. I’ve bought several of these, most recently in August 2024, and it’s no longer a 5-star book. One of my favorite things about it was that unlike other fitness journals, the spiral was the perfect size to keep a pen inside. Now it’s smaller, and my pen doesn’t fit. Now I have to shop for another fitness journal because my pen keeps falling off and it’s super annoying.

    Having said that, here’s my original review:

    Yes, there are cheaper fitness journals out there. Spend the extra couple bucks and get this one. On the outside, the cover is perfect – light yet stiff enough for writing on pages while standing – and the spiral is the perfect size for fitting a pen inside. Also, the band doesn’t immediately become stretched out and useless like other fitness journals. On the inside, the line spacing is perfect, and it has just the right number of pages to make me feel like I’ve accomplished something big each time I fill up a book and buy a new one. Stop searching for the best deal & buy this one.

    The notebook arrived as promised, was not damaged and has a lot of what I was looking for when it comes to tracking my progress with my fitness. Has pages where you can document your starting point with body measurements, days that you workout with exercise plans that you design and name as well as making notes about your progress on your journey. You can set the journal up with set goals for a beginning point and where you would like your goal to end. You can even add progress photos that can really give you an idea of how things are going as well. I purchased the journal in black and they do offer it in other colors. It’s the perfect journal to document your gym and home workouts. The size is also what I was looking for with it being 5.7” x 8.3” not too big but not too small either.

    It is really a wonderful journal for recording his workout. It is sturdy and has plenty of room for him to track his different activities. The spiral binding allows it to lay flat to enter each exercise. This journal helps him to track his progress and keeps him motivated! Love the cover, EAT, SLEEP,GYM, REPEAT! Also love the fact that this is a small family run business! Great job!

    I used to use a simple lined notebook to record and track all of my workouts and decided to upgrade to a fitness tracking journal. I ordered this and absolutely love it!! It includes all the perfect pages to track my fitness journey and I have received so many compliments on it from other members of my gym asking where they can buy their own. This journal is very well made and has been thrown around in my gym bag and has not ripped, torn or been damaged in any way. I didn’t realize when I ordered it that it was a family run business which makes this journal all the more special. I will definitely be ordering again when I fill up this journal.     I love these workout journals. I go through about 1 per year and enjoy pulling workouts from the ‘archives’ as I keep all my used journals. This one is especially nice because of the elastic book mark and progress trackers which can be used to track weight or whatever goal you’re after! Love the size and large spaces for notes. The sturdy hard cover makes it so the pages don’t get dog-eared if you’re pulling it in and out of gym bag. Ideal choice!
