This is an excellent starter punching bag for your kids. The construction seems solid, and the bag has a nice liner for sand or other types of fill material.
The included gloves are adequate for beginner martial artists/boxers who are kids.
The bag includes all the necessary components to hang, but you may have to extend the drop if you mount it to your ceiling. A short piece of chain should do the trick. Check your local hardware stores for availability.

This is a nice little punching bag for the little ones. The gloves are small to fit their little hands too. It has a ceiling hook too. I personally just replaced the heavy bag with this one and filled it with some Poly-Fil I never ended up using. It worked out just fine, and the bag wasn’t too heavy for them to punch. It seems nicely made and I think, as long as gloves are used, it’ll last a while.

I haven’t filled this yet but I was pleasantly surprised as it looks well made and durable especially for the price. My 5 year old who is around 30 lbs (yes he is very tiny for his age) climbed into and I was able to lift him several times without anything happening to the bag. The description does say not to only fill with sand and the filler shouldn’t be no more than 44lbs so I will need to figure out what I want to fill this with as my 5 year old isn’t doable long term nor for the purpose of it being a punching bag. Haha
It comes with the hardware to hang it from the ceiling which is nice along with a pair of small boxing gloves. I will probably need to get a wall hook or a stand though as I don’t think it will work for the ceiling of where I plan to put it.
The gloves fit my 5 year old very nicely. He has older brothers who are 13 and 18 (already have gloves) who like to box plus all their friends who come over and of course he wants to be like all the older kids so I was happy that the boxing gloves were on the smaller side so he could have a pair without having to buy another set.
I’m very excited to get this filled so my kids can do their thing with it. My 13 year old has ADHD and can have bursts of anger at times so it will be nice to have this up and functioning for him to use at those times of needing to release that anger. Mom might even get in on this action too in those stressful days!! Haha

This is good for littles. If you’re gonna really beat on it, might not be for you. Perfect for the 5 year old in my life.

My nephews range from 5-10 and they had a blast with this bag. It came with the boxing gloves which were child appropriate and fit well. They have a ball with this and it keeps them active which is important! The bag was easy to hang according to my brother (I did not personally install).
