Highly effective, you start to feel sleepy between 20 and 40 minutes after taking it. Sleep is deep and of good quality, but you have to let yourself fall asleep as soon as you feel it taking effect.

I have trouble sleeping most nights. I’ve tried everything from melatonin to sleep aid and nothing seems to work. The sleep aid wasn’t as natural as I wanted it to be, so I discovered this. I was skeptical at first because my pre workout also has magnesium in it, so I was worried about taking too much. I don’t take this every night, only on nights that I really want a good sleep quality and let me just say, it really helps. Within 30-45 mins, I’m ready for bed and I fall asleep with ease, no tossing and turning, and I wake up feeling well rested. I highly recommend giving this a try if you’re like me.. also if you lift a lot of weights and have a very straining job. I’ve noticed it helps with my muscle recovery as well.

I have used so many different brands when it comes to ZMA but then always back to GNC version. You need to take just 1 cap before sleep instead of 3 caps other brands. Who can sleep with 3 caps on empty stomach? This product is worth the price and i make sure never stay without it. Provides good sleep as well.

I have been taking magnesium at night for years. I was out of my regular one so I decided to try this one. I LOVE it! I will only be buying this brand from now on. Easy to swallow. It has a pleasant taste, I sleep so much better and have vivid dreams. I highly recommend this product.
