This was first time trying this brand and ordering it online. It was a good purchase. Big container but with a large scooper. One scoop in a cup and it’s VERY easy to drink ,refreshing drink more than usual bitter or sour typical pre flavors. I get a good workout in .

What can I say, the flavor is spot on. Taste is good and isn’t gritty. Great to use for pre workout. Provides clean energy without the gitters. For the price you can beat it.

The taste was spot on and not overpowering. The performance doesn’t take you over the top but you know it’s working by your quality reps. No noticeable itching or other side effects.

6g of l-citrulline (blood flow apparently) and no red dye like the previous versions makes this the best pre workout. tastes great and provides a great beta alanine tingle.

I purchased the Blue Raspberry flavour and really love the taste, the pump I feel on this is better and longer lasting than other (more expensive) pre workouts I’ve tried. I feel stronger and more focused, the pump I get in my arms is ridiculous, and I’ve noticed considerably more vascularity. I was previously using Kaged Pre-Kaged, and IMO Ghost is superior is respect of pump during workouts and doesn’t seem to affect my sleep like Kaged does. I’m definitely buying more Ghost Legend when I finish this tub.

Lo envían por estafeta pero todo bien. El producto llegó en buen estado y sellado, ya lo probé y el sabor está rico, no me provocó picazón y el pump que da es muy bueno, recomiendo 100% aparte que el bote está cute 💕
