I really love this planner. I researched a ton and like how this one has space on the opposite page for that days meals tracking and fitness so I don’t have to keep flipping around. Stickers are a good idea but I don’t necessarily love these. A lot don’t apply to me. The back has space to write extra stuff to remember and food groups for me to write the macros for my most eaten food as quick reference.
Great value for the money! I’ll order another when this is complete if I’m still trying to lose more weight. Helps me stay on track. I use this WITH an online app and I like both. It’s nice to see everything on paper especially what workouts I did for the day.

I like the consistency of the book along with the flat pages, they make all the difference. Small enough to take with you and fit in your purse. Has a piece on the side for your pen which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

It is nice quality and well made, but poorly designed. Note fron photo that in row #1, column 1, “reps & weights” is printed, so the user has to write over it.
Also, the cardio row is randomly stuck in the middle of the exercises. Maybe I’m just AR, but I find that annoying.

I’m loving my food and fitness planner! It’s became an essential tool and helping me stay on track with my health and wellness goals. The layout is intensive, which sections for meal plan and grocery list and fitness routines making it easy to stay organized. The hard cover design is durable and stylish perfect for tossing into my bag or keeping on my kitchen counter. Plus the motivational quote sprinkle throughout provided that extra boost of encouragement when I needed it the most. Highly recommend this plan

I’ve been using this journal for about a month. It has definitely been a big help on my new health journey. As a matter of fact, I think without it, I wouldn’t still be on target like I am. I’ve lost 7 pounds of a 25 pound goal. I would probably still be spinning my wheels if I hadn’t had this book guiding my steps.
I studied several styles and decided this one had the best features for me. Being able to keep a running total of my calories and carbs throughout the day, checking off my water throughout the day, totaling my fruits and vegetables for the day, keeping my goal totals in sight at the bottom of each page, to name a few. Filling in the blanks for my sleep, energy and activity has really produced an awareness in me for what affects these things. Adding weight again under “workout results” doesn’t make sense to me… I think more space might be used for “notes” on the exercise page. I appreciate the notes pages in the back. I use them to jot down meal ideas & quick recipes. I appreciate the pages for keeping nutrition stats for specific foods at my fingertips. Some journals already have basic foods printed in a section and that would be fantastic, but at least I have pages to write them in myself, though I could use more space for that. I also appreciate the monthly check in pages for adding an updated photo and one month mark measurements. I did have to set the book aside for a couple days because I was too busy to keep up with it, but I made a couple minor notes on those pages and picked right back up once I got back track.

I like this journal and have modified it’s use slightly. It’s only 4 months so I will need to grab another one in 2 months but so far, its really been good for me. I log my food everytime I eat and this helps keep my on track of my calorie goals. I log my workout and the information on my iwatch and carry that over every day. I don’t do much weight training so I am not logging reps on each machine. I just summarize that information on the left side exercise column. On the right side where you are to log your reps I use as a journal. What I did that day, how I felt, anything in particular that I did different like went to dinner or how I slept the night before in more detail. Goal for the next day such as need to drink more water need to eat more, not hitting my calorie goal for the day etc. Each month closes with your progress so you can look back at the beginning, see your starting point and how much progress you have made. One thing I didn’t do but wish I had done was I didn’t take my measurements. Be sure that when you start you take measurements. My scale stopped moving but my clothes were fitting better and becoming loose due to muscle building and fat loss.

Great value, images reflect the product exactly as presented . Perfect for tracking meals AND activity a day at a time with a monthly review page. Perfect size to hand carry or tuck in purse/backpack. Paper pages are thick enough (thicker than I expected) to prevent bleed thru, of course depending what type of pen being used. I recommend this product and would purchase again.
