Very good service asked for a replacement on a part and was sent to me right away. The bench is great for starters and it holds up really well. Easy to set up does not take long. And easy to move around. Good workout investment

All said itโs a good beginner bench or if you want light workouts. Hardcore workouts would be impossible. Instructions are terrible so I built it looking at the exploded view and it was better than actual instructions. Itโs light weight and easy to move just make sure after moving thatโs itโs flat and level. Preacher curl is way to small for me causing improper distance for a bar. Ok for dumbbells. Iโm 6โ2โ 195 lbs and the bench is more than ample to support me. I didnโt even have to extend headrest.
Pro – easy to assemble if your handy
Light weight
Price
Offers a lot of adjustments
Cons – instructions are a joke
Preacher curl pad is great if your a child or smaller than a normal adult/teen
Not for heavy weight lifting

This is definitely a high quality built piece of equipment. You can tell just by looking at it, but when you sit and work out on it, you know you’ve got a solid thing supporting you. The back has many angles to work with. There’s a leg lift with weight bar, and the leg resistors are sturdy for that. There’s an adjustable curl backer, and while it’s not the most comfortable thing I’ve used, it works. Once you get the thing assembled (which, being honest, takes a little bit longer than expected due to the weakness of the instructions), you can do a wide variety of workouts confidently.

I am just getting started building a home gym the way I want it and have to buy cheaper equipment to both stay on budget and acquire as much equipment in a year as I can. This was my first year buying larger equipment so I had to cut costs on the bench. I am used to the very heavy, very sturdy benches at my normal gym so I am writing this review from that perspective.
This bench seems to perform well for the functions I use it for. It supports my weight and the weight of the equipment I am using – arguably the most important part of the bench. I love that the bench can incline at various angles, lay flat, and even decline at a couple angles. This keeps me from having to buy several benches. I also like that it came with the leg extension attachment (which also works for standing leg curls. There are two position adjustments for the leg extension and since I am 6’2 I needed the higher adjustment to keep my feet from interfering with the leg extension. This mostly works so I am good with that. I also like that the bench came with the preacher curl attachment although you can only do single arm preacher curls because the width is about the size of my hand. Shouldn’t be much of an issue though. The structure appears to be stable (more on this later) especially side to side. I may end up removing the padding that was meant to hold your legs for back extensions or sit-ups. First I don’t plan on doing either of those and second because it really just gets in my way. The padding is soft but also firm so it is comfortable when performing exercises. The covering material is easy to clean and doesn’t appear to hold onto any gross gym smells. Also, shipping was super quick and assembly was easy if you know what a bench is supposed to look like (there are instructions for amateurs).
Now the reasons I took a star away. I mentioned the stability earlier. This bench, because it was meant to be folded and put away when not in use, uses detent pins in three places to keep the bench laid out when you are using it. The idea is the pins are easy to remove when you want to store it and you won’t need tools. My gripe with this is that the pins create a weak point in the structure. Not that I am afraid it will fall apart, the parts of the bench when laid out fit snugly together, but when moving it around to different areas it tends to lazily flop around and then you have to put some weight on it to straighten it back out. Not a big deal but I wouldn’t have bought a bench that folds if I knew this is how they were doing it. If you don’t need a folding bench, buy something else. Next, the bench is very lightweight so it doesn’t need wheels. I think the whole thing weighs 25 or 30 pounds. Handy if you are constantly folding it back up but not so handy when you are used to using about 250 pounds on leg extensions and the whole bench gets lifted in the air when you put the first 45 pound plate on. You have to be sitting on the bench when loading plates and removing plates from the leg extension. Something I definitely should have looked at before I bought this model. I am going to try to attach it to my low row cable machine and see if that works better.

This is a compact easy to store weight bench. It comes with lots of parts and is fairly easy to put together. Considering I put it together by myself in a few hours. It has fairly easy to read/follow instructions. It is well made, secure, reasonably priced and an overall good product.
It is easy to use and the best part is that you can store it in a corner for easy storage. It would be a good gift for someone who likes to workout and has limited space. This is a good product and would be a good gift idea.

Flat bench sits too high

The preacher bench is a complete waste. Maybe I can find one that can fir this bench. Don’t buy this for that option. It’s a complete fail. It’s way to small

Heavy, but sturdy. Perfect small bench if you’re pressed for space. Throw it in a corner and you’ll be just fine. No problem holding my weight while I’m working out.

Nice training/workout bench that do not take a lot of space. Easy setup and the design is great- very compact with its foldability and is very versatile on multiple workouts. The foam could use more cushioning but thatโs just my own preference
