Me and my son use this with no issues. I was concerned about the stability, but this bench is fine. I weigh 250ish and I do not feel uneasy even doing incline sit-ups.

I wanted to hate it. It shipped late. It showed late when I wasn’t home to get it. Some parts are not bagged but rather threaded into parts and during shipping came out. Finally found in other folds of packing material. Thankfully all parts were located regardless of packing and shipment holes.
Awkward at first for me as it does have some wiggle in the seat. That’s sitting and trying to make it wiggle. It’s good while working out.
Back section is solid. Could be better. Not quite a 1/2 inch thick wood (should have used 3/4 inch wood) and had a lot of twist by hand before mounting but after mounting became quite sturdy. Still some creaking using (hoping it’s just settling in and I’ll re-tighten soon. The width is very supportive and still leaves room for stretch in upper body movements.
I’m 5’11” and haven’t required the head rest section.
I find it have more adjustments than really required (-10, -20, 0, 30, 45, 60, 80-90 is all that’s needed) and I would have liked to have seen the numbers on BOTH sides. My lighting is of course on the unmarked side.
Standing up store is great but the wheels could be a tad bigger so as to not have to lift it so high to adjust placement. Which if the leg attachment is on the handle is pointless. Light and simple to move yet surprisingly sturdy while exercising.
Pads could be better quality. I will probably get longer bars and better pads later. They are too narrow for me. I’m not comfortable with my knees almost locked together, I need some spread which would offer better stability and comfort.
All in all I wanted to hate it but I can’t. I’m not head over heels in love with but I’m still more than pleased.
Some things could be better. Maybe in a later version they’ll put a little more emphasis on quality where it counts without pricing increases.

A very well built piece of equipment. Easy to assemble. The head rest extension will accommodate a person up to 6’5”. The adjustments are easy with the spring tension pins. Great value.

One screw was missing. I contacted customer service and I received the replacement in a few days.

This is perfection and truly is gym-worthy quality.

I recently purchased this and less then 3 months it collapsed while we were doing flat bench resulting in the weight falling on my gym partner. You can see in pics where it collapsed. Tried for weeks to get a representative from Flybird on the phone with no success. This is not a safe product for lifting weights. Would give less then a 1 star rating of it were an option.

At first I was impressed! However I was benching with heavy-ish weight (315) and he the metal frame bent and now my bench won’t sit flat. So I can only use the bench at angles. The bench shouldn’t bend when using any weight!!! Unsafe and poor design. Also, when I received the bench, the one knob for the changing the angles was broken to pieces. I’d spend for a better quality bench.

Good bench for basic stuff but dont expect anything special. This is not a 400 dollar bench. It does have a seat that declines when you are in it. The leather doesn’t feel that great. It’s kind of cheap. The seat is really long like made for someone who’s 300 pounds. It is pretty sturdy but it seems questionable if you are pressing anything over 100 pounds each hand. Where your legs can be supported it needs another notch for adjustability. When I recieved this it had a broken knob. Not a deal breaker. Super glue fixes it. I paid 219 for this. After generous use I wouldn’t pay anything over 150 with the knowledge I have now. Not worth 219 dollars in my opinion. You’d be better looking elsewhere. Remember don’t be cheap or you will be sorry. Buying a solid weight bench is a long term investment. Buy a good one or you will pay twice.
