While the product description wasn’t clear on exactly how to measure for this, I just measured around my head at forehead height. I was right above 23″ so I went with the Large per the sizing chart. I’m a 6″ 190lb male for reference, and I feel this headgear fits great. If my head were a little larger though, it would definitely be a bit snug, or even outright too tight.
Beyond that, it’s well made, easy to put on and secure, and stays in place well. I don’t have any actual smokers or anything scheduled to really put it through it’s paces, but I’m very happy with it overall.

My 13 year old outgrew his face gear for Taekwondo. Got this as a replacement and he loves it. It is a great soft material to wear, but the padding gives is some pretty good protection during sparring. This has a more robust padding along the cheek and jaw area, that his previous one did not have. Putting it on and taking it on takes no effort and once on, does not slide all over the place due to the fat sized velcro to adjust in the back. It looks sharp and and so far has been very beneficial at his practices.

This offers plenty of protection and is very adjustable. It not as great field of view as say a venum or similar but pretty good. The foam padding seems to absorb the impacts fairly decently. Great value for the price.

Good quality headgear that fits well and is a nice snug fit. Excellent to have when sparring and helps take some of the impact. The straps do a good job of keeping it in place. Not too hard to see out of and feels like it provides a wide range of protection from punches and kicks.

I’m an older person that trains martial arts and from time to time, spar
It’s always a good idea to wear headgear just to be extra safe
This headgear envelops the entire head and the forehead, cheek bones, nose, chin and ears are well protected
The gear goes on super easy and the hook and loop straps seal very snug
The two cheek pads in the front two flare out a little bit, but I can press those into place when not in use Good value
Good product so far

This headgear is surprisingly good for the price. It offers excellent protection for the jaw, chin, and back of the head. It’s stuffed with high density foam padding to distribute force and avoid damage to the face or head. It has multiple different straps for maximum adjustability. One thing I like about it is that the padding covers much more of the face than my other headgear. The chin is completely covered by padding (no chin strap just padding) and it completely covers the cheeks. It does so without limiting field of vision, which is crucial. It’s great affordable headgear for students who want to spar.

Nice, well made head gear. Lots of peripheral visibility, good padding. I tend to overhear and the top is very open for air flow. Do note if you wear glasses, you can’t wear them with this protector, due to coverage over your cheeks, just something to keep in mind. Overall seems comfortable and protective. Good value.
