My daughter gave me this fitness tracker originally in 2017. I have continued to purchase for myself. Great for remembering to be grateful for good health, for tracking workouts, for assessing areas of fitness.

Starting your day off with gratitude is life altering! As an individual who’s struggled with addiction in the past, this journal helps keep me grounded and pushing in the right direction. I’ve made so much progress in my personal life by using this product and highly suggest it to anyone who is trying to better themselves. I’ve just completed my first journal and purchased two more on Amazon. One of which I gave to a friend…The world needs more positive products like the Fitlosophy brand offers!

I like that this tracker does not require calorie counting and focuses on over all body appreciation. It is exactly what I wanted

Love this little journal. It is the 2nd one that I have purchased and it is a great way to stay motivated and on a path to getting healthy and fit, both mentally and physically.

Simply designed with you in mind. This book has brought me into the new year jazzed up and ready to concour the world, one happy thought, one meal, and one workout at a time.

The only thing I would change is if this book came in a spiral bound option. I preplan my workouts and need to see them as I go. I have to use a chip clip (ironic, I know) to keep my page.

If I don’t write it down and plan it out the day before – it might not ever happen. On each page there are spaces to write three things you are grateful for. This is good practice whether you are trying to get fit or just live a good life. A grateful heart is a happy heart. I have my kids list the three things that made them happy and three things they are grateful for every day. Then there is a section for your goal of living fit that day. Then space to write what you appreciate about your strong body for the day. Then a section with three boxes to rate your day – your workout, your food, your mood. These boxes are small, but I feel like this is more of a sum up section. At the bottom of this page is a fit tip. Follow them to improve your life. The facing page has an inspirational quote and plenty of space to write. I fill this space with more details regarding workouts, food, and if my mood was a downer why I was a downer. At the very bottom a section about what inspires you. The pages are not dated, so you can fill in as needed. The page with open space can be filled in with whatever you need, no rules. There is an attached bookmark to keep track of your place. The last few pages are blank, I put down measurements, long term fit goals, milestones, and when they are reached and how I celebrate.

I personally feel more motivated to plan ahead and do my workouts when I write them down. I also like logging my progress. My health is worth the investment, so the book is worth it for me. And once this book is finished I will gladly purchase another.

I got this for myself as I wanted to have a combo of mental plus fitness journey. This is nice because it doesn’t go into detail about your food intake (I feel awful having to track every little thing I eat which in turn makes me just want more ice cream lol) and has a side for the mental aspect. I use the second side/page with all the lines as a journal entry. The book however came in SEVERELY damaged. I should of taken a picture before I returned it but it was completely ruined on the cover. It had to have been put in the shipping box the way I got it. Nothing else would of destroyed the cover that way. I called Amazon and got them to send me a new one in much better condition. This second one I got was thankfully. Overall, it is a very nice book/journal to use if you want something simple and not overly crazy about details.

This book, coupled with my Fitbook, have helped me “run” my way out of postpartum depression. Being “fit” isn’t just physical, it’s also mental. This Fitspiration journal is amazing. The quality of the book and what it has to offer are top notch. It helps me every day with a little quote, and makes me smile at what I’m appreciative for every.single.day. It was a rough year after my daughter was born because she battled multiple health issues. After a grueling 2016, I decided that in 2017 I was going to make my comeback into the racing world, and stop letting my postpartum depression own me. After four short weeks, this book has made me realize how much I was neglecting myself. I’m excited every day to open it up and jot down a little something about the day. I am happier and healthier already. I will definitely be INVESTING in another one after the 16 weeks!!

I use this for daily journaling, not fitness specific just super general. It has really gotten me into the hang of journaling. I do prefer the spiral notebooks over this one but it works just the same.i love it

Bought this for a friend and wanted one for myself. Love the simplicity of filling out just a few items to track goals & gratitude, plus I fill out move, nourish, reflect boxes. Most days I set more than one simple goal & do my assessment & reflecting right on the notes page; other days I keep it short. The book just reminds you to set a goal and track your progress daily. This is geared toward fitness, but I use it for everyday tasks as well. Good if you want 16 weeks of a written tracking system, can use with with Fitbit products or not, and makes you reflect on what’s right (I am grateful/appreciative statements). On day 13, & my habits are changing: moving, eating healthier, reading & reflecting! I also incorporated an accountability system: I txt my goals & daily progress to the person who received my gift, & she txts back with her goals and daily progress!
