    I do like the set up of the workout journal. The real test is to see if I can use it! If you are trying to write down everything you are doing, this will be perfect! Get this before the New Year and be completely prepared for the new you!

    I really like this journal for keeping track of reps and fitness activities. I like how open ended it is where there’s plenty of rum to write in your own thing. The pages are so big, with so much room for information; I’m going to use each day for more than one because there is so much space. The pages are thick and smooth, so your writing comes out nice. The journal cover is thick and will last. A great fitness journal!
