This comprehensive approach allows me to create a detailed record of my progress and tailor my workouts for maximum efficiency.

    One standout feature is the planner’s extensive page count, providing more than enough space to cover around six months of daily 5-a-day workouts. This long-term coverage is excellent for maintaining consistency and observing trends in my fitness routine over an extended period.

    While the planner is functional, I do have a minor wish—it comes in a limited color range. While the available colors are pleasant, having more options would add a touch of personalization. It’s a minor point, but a broader color selection could enhance the aesthetic appeal and allow users to choose a planner that resonates with their style.

    Todo perfecto y bonito, solo puedo sugerir una mejora, en las hojas los renglones vienen uno gris y uno blanco, lo cual esta bien, solo que los renglones grises deberian ser d eun gris mas claro para que se vea mejor lo que se escribe ahi. Ya he tenido varios Fitness Tracker y vienen con el renglon gris muy claro y se puede ver bien lo que escribo, pero en este el renglon viene gris oscuro lo que complica ver bien lo que escribo.

    I love this fitness journal. It’s perfect to track your progress and see where you’re improving. It’s got a spot for you to document your weights used and reps completed so you can set goals for each workout based on your last! Great quality and honestly a great design. I would certainly recommend.

    I love this fitness journal, it has sections for everything that needs to be tracked and recorded during your fitness journey. It is durable and I love that it has the wire band so you can fold the journal in half when needed.

    I bought this to Keep track of my work outs sinde I started working out in Jan 2024. Ordered my first one in pink. Then ordered other colors as it filled up. Using it daily allows me to keep track of my weight and measurements as I’ve lost weight (20 lbs so far 🎉).
