This is a great fitness journal. One the best things about it is the BEFORE and AFTER measurements. I’m still in progress, but I really like how the before measurements are defined. The drawing also helps you remember where you are suppose to measure for your body. Often I’ve measured in the past and I’d forget which part of the thigh or chest I did it. The picture depicting the specific spot is PERFECT to help guide measurement. The other section I think is nice is the GOALS section, you could build a plan and even reward yourself. Maybe some ice cream or a trip to Hawaii after you get your beach body? 😀
I like the hard cover it really helps protect it, and I personally like paper journal over digital. I do feel a little bad with that part on waste, but I totally feel the tactile/visual quick reference really makes it easy to show progress.
There 12 spots to list out exercises per sheet, when exercising. You can always do more and work hard? As David Goggins says.. “Stay hard” really means just keep exercising and mind over matter to stay strong mentally and physically.
I definitely feel this notebook has been helping me keep track! I think it’s worth it, if you’re looking for something like this. The act of writing is actually better than typing on your phone or keyboard often, so there might be more of a connnection at least for me w/exercise when doing this. I never liked using my phone to track personally, but maybe because I’m old school?

I recently finished a 6-week HIIT class that came with an 11-month gym membership, and I’m so glad I got my hands on the Fitness Workout Journal! This A5 hardcover workout log book is exactly what I needed to transition smoothly from classes to my own gym routine.
The layout is fantastic! It helps me draft my workout routines in advance, which keeps me organized and motivated. I love how I can easily track my weights and reps—seeing my progress in black and white is incredibly satisfying.
One of my favorite features is the goal section at the front. It encourages me to set weekly targets, keeping my fitness journey focused and intentional. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this journal is a game changer.
If you’re looking to take your workouts to the next level, I highly recommend this journal. It’s an essential tool for anyone serious about their fitness goals!

Huge help in keeping me motivated with my fitness goals. Journal is small and easy to carry around. Black gel pens do not leak through

I bought this to use for personal training. He complimented on it so much, he bought 5 more to use for his other clients. Sturdy to write on without the need of a table or desk. Great product.

I wanted a workout journal to keep me accountable and motivated.
This has everything I need. The ability to fill in measurements and weight. You are able to list your workouts. It will make my workouts more fun and the ability to see how far I’ve come is a great motivator.

I used this journal with my trainer while preparing for a mountain hunt. It does have a lot of good features but didn’t have any type of distance/mileage tracker and is solely focused on weight lifting at the gym in the exercise grid. The grid was also too small and i was constantly needing to use 2 lines to write my exercises down.
