My knees and hip have started to bother me on my walks so I took a shot at using this. It’s a lot of fun and it’s a good way to get in a little cardio and movement that doesn’t bother my knees or hip. I haven’t tried a class yet (YouTube) but I like just doing my thing for about 20-30 minutes either listening to a little music from to 70’s or watching the TV. Not going to lie — putting this together took me some time. Make sure you pay close attention to putting the base (poles) together because those holes for the handle bar MUST be in the right spot (yes!! Read the directions!! haha!!) The straps were a little time consuming for me but just take your time and don’t try and force them. That little tool works very well but you have to be in a very patient mood (IMO) for that part. A couple of times they snapped back and bruised my forearms .. so be careful. But after using it almost daily since I got it … it’s totally worth it and my bruises are long gone (ha!!). It’s a fun way to get some movement into your day. Lots of health benefits!!

It was a little complicated to assemble, but it’s a very good product, it doesn’t make any noises and my girlfriend loves it during workouts.

When deciding what rebounder to get, I read a lot of horror stories about how difficult it was to assemble the rebounders with bungies instead of springs. I am not sure if there is something different about other brands, but this Stamina Jumpsport rebounder was very easy to assemble by myself (a 55-year-old woman) using just the provided tool and printed instructions that came in the box.

Once assembled, it is easy to see that this is a top quality rebounder, especially for the cost. It makes no noise, does not wobble, and the safety bar is sturdy. Best of all, jumping on it doesn’t feel like being at the top of the highest peak of an old and rickety roller coaster questioning your life choices. The mat is clearly well made and has good bounce without being so bouncy that you cannot control your movement. Overall, the performance compares to much more expensive rebounders. It’s a fun way to get in some cardio and stabilizer muscle strengthening.

This is very well made, but one thing would help and would benefit people of different heights. My wife said she might have to return it because without an adjustment on the handle, she is has to bend over and her back has started hurting very bad. Can anything be done for this. It needs to be able to be raised about 3 or so inches and, more for me, I am 6’3”

Just wanted to post an honest rebuttal to all the many comments here about how difficult this thing is to assemble. I read that you have to have two or three strong young men put this together. That the bungee cords ricochet around the room and break TVs, windows and teeth in failed attempts to attach them. That the included tool doesn’t work…doesn’t look like the instructions…requires the previously mentioned strength…WRONG on all counts! I am a 63-yr old woman with arthritis and a screw in my hands, and while I do think of myself as a somewhat capable bad a** with most things, I’m the first to admit I’m a weenie as far as upper body and grip strength goes. I actually thought I had ordered the model that came with the cords already attached lol! So I was a bit distressed. When I opened the box I laid everything out in a windowless room and covered my TV with a blanket. My very manly neighbor was on speed dial as an option. As it turns out, I didn’t so much as break a nail! Out of all the bungee cords, only 3 did not go on on the first try. And those behaved the second try. It wasn’t even hard, the tool worked beautifully! In fact, it was such a snap to do that I legitimately though I must be doing something wrong. I stopped 3 times to turn the darn thing over and inspect things, and to re-read the instructions just to make sure since the rest of the world found this so difficult. If I hadn’t doubted myself and just continued on this thing would have been assembled in no more than 30 minutes. Even with my pauses it still only took 40 minutes. So do not be wary of buying this. It seems to be really well engineered and if I enjoy my workouts as much as I did assembling it, then I am going to be in AWEsome shape in oh maybe a week! 🙂 Hope this review helps some of you on the fence.

    *Quality
Assembling the trampoline took about 1-2 hours, which was somewhat time-consuming, but not too challenging. I suppose one reason this product is more affordable is that it requires your labor, which I didn’t mind.

    *Design
Initially, I was considering purchasing a JumpSport brand trampoline, often seen in gyms, but the price tag exceeded $300. Instead, I researched numerous trampolines (nearly everything on Amazon) and discovered this collaboration between Stamina and JumpSport. I believe it’s not a fake JumpSport. After using it for three months (almost daily), I can attest to its sturdiness. This model is slightly wider than the popular 350 model from JumpSport, making it great for running. However, if your primary focus is on cardio, it might be a bit too large. There are numerous informative YouTube videos showcasing the various exercises you can perform on this JumpSport trampoline, revealing the versatility of this simple workout tool.

In summary, this trampoline is an excellent, cost-effective alternative for those seeking the quality of a JumpSport trampoline without the hefty price tag.

I got the 42″ and its plenty big. Frame is very sturdy decent gauge round tube. A decent amount of assembly is required. 3 piece frame clicks together, then you have to string 36 bungie like cords. Fairly easy, but think 1-2 hours. Dont plan on folding it up, or storing it away.
Once assembled, its a very nice trampline with big bounce and very quiet. 100% more fun than metal springs. We will see how it holds up!
