    This has a lot of setup pages at the start, goals, places for pictures etc that I don’t plan on using, but it has a ton of pages with solid workout log pages. Easily allows you to record tons of exercises, with like 6 sets per exercise.

    This Fitness Journal Workout Planner is great. It is simple and small. Perfect for what I need. It has a place to put your measurements, which I never do, but it’s nice to have. You can keep track of what you do and water intake. I highly recommend it! Now I just need to remember to use it!

    I bought this journal so I can take my workouts off of my phone and be less distracted at the gym. I think it is good for this and the act of journaling helps me stay motivated. This journal is well made and has a lot of pre-created pages that could be helpful. Unfortunately for me, the way the pages are laid out doesn’t fit with the workouts I do so that kinda stinks.
