    This workout planner is exactly what it looks like and it’s laid out in an organized, goal oriented way. It’s got room for notes on your daily workouts (which I use to record preworkouts, fatigue prior to workout, and cardio), daily general stats, and explicit routine numbers. The routine blocks are fairly basic so you’re really only tracking the exercise and reps for each set. But the book itself has all the tools to get a person on task such as a goal planner, bodyfat and measurement chart for starting the book and whatever later date you choose. It’s a fun tool to help monitor how a person progresses. I have no remorse in recommending this particular book.

    This fitness journal is simple and not the highest quality, but I don’t think this is the kind of thing you really need to be high quality. It has pages for tracking your stats and workouts which is exactly what I needed.

    Seriously who doesn’t like pockets though? I have looked at other fitness journals on Amazon and found this to be the perfect layout with the best features! And it came with a book mark ruler!!! The cover is just straight flexible plastic, so it wont get scuffed and fall apart. The sheets are a good thickness but are not Sharpie (bleed) proof so either ball point pen or pencil. The only slight annoyance I see really is how the secure band is attached. It raises up significantly so if you are writing you will not be writing on a flat surface per se, but they made it very easy to take off so you don’t mess up the back cover! It really is there perfect size and great space to write in your information. For those planner sticker peeps out there… You have room to put all the motivational stuff you need 😉

Plus you get a lot of pages. So, this will last a long time. I definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to document and organize their workouts.

    I bought this workout journal for my lady & let’s just say it’s made the whole getting into fitness process alot easier. She write down her exercises weeks in advance so she no longer has to worry about what she going to do when she steps foot in the gym. Can track her meals, calories, & other nutritional intakes. Design is amazing & supper simple. Not to big so she can tote it in her little gym bag. Great buy

    I find the organization & numerous pages of this journal to be thoughtfully laid out. I carry it with me in the gym & make notations after each set. Super helpful!! I liked it so much, I purchased a 2nd one for my young son to track his workouts.
