I think I’d love to see a weekly version of this, something that could be used on 3x/wk workouts. For a daily though this one can do 8 exercises x 6 sets, so it’s versatile. has 2 cells to write reps and weight. This is an improvement over a regular steno pad, and simple enough to use. 3-4x/wk means 3-4 months of use, and it’s inexpensive. I’d love if the other side was more useful, either the same workout log duplicated, or a different sort of tracker perhaps.
not sure what the pastel colors are about but i like how the colors and boxes breaks the page up visually. Some parts are sort of smart, and some – like day of the week – aren’t. Friday is missing, by the way – very strange.
Until I find a better workout tracker on the phone, I’ll keep this around and see if I actually use it.

This is great because you are able to keep track of your workouts and fitness by documenting it and being proud of yourself for showing up each day. The paper and layout is very nice and easy to navigate and it’s also very affordable and no problem to order more when needed. I sure plan to!

I absolutely love everything about this activity tracking notebook. I love the compact size. The quality is fantastic. The layout is perfect! It has just the right amount of customization options. And it does a great job of tracking all aspects of daily activity and health. this is definitely a great tool to help someone get in shape and track their activity. The affordable price tag is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

I really like these kinds of daily layout journals, and the fact that this one has a privacy cover is also pretty neat, since this is very personal information to some, however I am a little disappointed by the fact that these pages aren’t double-sided. You get 50 sheets, and only 50 pages to fill, with the backside of each just being a blank white surface. I understand that with this spiral layout it would be kind of awkward to go backwards and forwards all the time, but all the same, I imagine that it wouldn’t be that difficult to just get to one end and then work your way back to the other. That being said, with how thin this paper is (it’s really not as “Thick” as they promise), there might’ve been some printing issues had they went with that.
I enjoy the layout of this and I’m definitely going to use it but the way it’s been organized feels like a waste.

Nice simple journal. No frills or anything extra, just a straightforward journal to track fitness goals. I find the journals with a lot of additional things overwhelm me and I end up not using those journals, so if that sounds like you then perhaps you too would benefit from a simple journal.

There are days of the week across the top of the page. IT DOESNT INCLUDE FRIDAY!

I like how detailed this log is, and I like that the front page is opaque so it’s not obvious what it is. The color scheme is nice, and everything is pretty easy to read. I like being able to plan my workout and reflect on it, and having a dedicated journal/log for that is helpful for me. The only thing I’m not sure about is that it gives you a space for a workout name – I feel like that would be more applicable for a mobile app rather than a journal. I wish it were spiral bound up the side so it was more like a notebook, and the binding is too small to fit a pencil, and I like to keep pens/pencils in my logs and planners. That being said, it’s a great value for the price and I’ve been finding this helpful in tracking my workouts!

I really like it, not difficult to use and gives me what I need. But noticed something and I thought I was tripping but among the Days of the Week.. Friday is missing!!! is this on purpose or a typo.
