I just recently got on my health & wellness journey, & thought that I needed a great way to track my progress in a concise & organized manner. This book delivers exactly that. My workouts are hardcore & this book gives me about 12 slots to write my exercises down, the weight at which I lifted, & the reps that I completed. My favorite part about it is that you can rate it out of five stars at the bottom! Very very impressed with the design & ability to seamlessly track what you have done.

I like this fitness planner because its compact for carrying around the gym, you can record 10 goals even though I only have one and that is to lose weight. (smile) your workout time , distance , intensity. Differ with Exercise and cardio recording. You can keep up with your body fat and weight. i like the fact I can write down each exercise yourself. You can log before and after pictures as well. I don’t know if they mentioned that the back of the book includes a place for notes and a two sided plastic page for storage. For the price I received a good bargain. If I really work out this little book will work the heck out of me. I love it because now Im being challenged. Thanks to the seller if I lose 10 lb you get a triple A+

I go to the gym 6-7 days a week and I enjoy keeping track of what I accomplish each a day and what machines I use, the amount of weights, etc. This fitness journal has space for tracking all of this!
PROS:
(1) The first few pages allow you to set up your goals, enter your measurements and weight, and other details. There is also a monthly tracker where you can check-off or color-in which days you accomplished your particular goals.
(2) Each workout page has many rows so it will likely be more than enough to track all the different machines or exercises that you do on that day, with space for reps and weight.
(3) The journal is a perfect size for taking to the gym without it being too obtrusive.
(4) The paper is a nice quality and the pages turn easily with the spiral binding.
(5) Since the pages are un-dated, you have more flexibility over how you use the journal.
CONS:
(1) On the days I only do cardio, I wouldn’t want to waste an entire page to note this, so the tracker is best for the weight lifting days, not cardio-only days.
(2) There’s no place to hold a pencil or pen. I guess I can find a pen with a clip and use the spiral of the journal to hold my pen while at the gym.
OVERALL: This fitness journal will allow you to keep very detailed track of all your workouts as well as your goals and your progress toward them. If you enjoy keeping track of all those details and being able to look back and see your progress, this journal is for you!
