These books are great for Fitness! First, let me say I love the pink color. Pink is one of my favorite color so I enjoy carrying this around with me to log my food. But it’s also great for me to be able to log my workouts. It’s important to have a way to track where you’re eating and how your training so when you look back, you can look and see what you’ve done, you’ve had weeks of great success and also you’ve had weeks of success so that way you can always pivot when needed. This book offers that because you have the one for your food and Jim that’s big and they have the smaller more travel, friendly one. I really love it comes with stickers to put in for encouragement and just a smile. This is a great overall fitness book

I got the Serious Doodles Fitness Journal for my wife, as she likes to keep track of her workouts but doesn’t have something official like this. The journal is made very well with a nice, soft, faux leather hard cover and also comes with a couple of bookmark ribbons too. The beginning of the journal a Monthly Tracker section that covers two pages, followed by a Monthly Review that includes measurements as well as a page of records, victories, wins, etc. The majority of the pages are laid out with standard info like date, start/finish, and total time with a main table that has rep and weight rows within the set columns – a total of six sets. The pocket journal is fantastic and such a bonus. It has the same kind of pages as the majority of the pages in the larger journal (work out table with reps, weight, etc.). This will come in handy for her to take to the gym when she doesn’t want to carry the larger journal. These are fantastic journals and highly recommend to anyone active that would like to track their workout progress.

This is a cute fitness journal set. It has lovely templates for keeping records, and it is a multi piece set. I got this as a gift and it is simple yet thoughtful, and I recommend.

When getting serious about your fitness, you need to measure your progress whether that be weight, body composition or progression of your exercise routines. This is a great set of fitness journals given you get two. In the beginning of the larger journal you are able to maintain monthly metrics of your body measurements it will also allow you to capture a full array of details such as body fat, weight, sleep, water, fasting, meals in addition to being able to rate your workout based on satisfaction along with energy and mood outside of your exercise routines. As a motivation factor they also include a couple of sets of motivational stickers. The second journal is smaller and more for travel; all pages are the same and it’s just to log your exercise routine.
For the price, these units will provide you with all the elements you need to track your progress and move forward with your fitness goals.
