This kit is the closest I could find to the equipment used at my favorite physical therapy place. I’ve had the kit for several weeks and have used it daily. Can’t totally comment on their durability yet, but they are very well made! Thick woven fabric, heavy stitching, good carabiner clips, soft-padded hand grips on the hand pulls, strong quality tubing, great semi-soft non-marking door stopper that works above my closet door and in the hinge side of the door. Helpful booklet that tells the maximum strength each color band can handle (in pounds). It also contains numerous exercise photos with directions. Has foot “straps,” which I’m not using presently. And it all comes in a convenient drawstring bag to keep your unused attachments from getting lost.
The only reason I gave it a “4” is that the fabric is too thick to place through the carabiner on the end of the tube every time, which you have to do to move the door stopper from the top of door to the hinge side of the door, and back again, or it won’t fit through the small hinge opening of a door. You cannot slide the tube and handle through the hinge gap, nor the door stopper, of course! I solved this problem by adding a huge carabiner of mine to the small carabiner of theirs! That way, I simply unclip the smaller tube carabiner from my huge carabiner, which makes for a quick time change!

Nice set of exercise band/tubes. I like the different levels of resistance. Handles are comfortable and easy to exchange between the different tubes.

I’m a healthy 75 year old man who has lifted light to moderate weights for over 60 years. In February of this year, I slightly injured my shoulder doing bench presses (probably incorrectly). After consulting You Tube therapists, Bob and Brad, I decided to start using stretch bands for exercise and to heal my shoulder. I chose Fit Simplify brand from Amazon based on reviews and pricing.
I’m happy to say that now I’m back to light to moderate weight lifting because exercising with these bands clearly helped my shoulder. I also have now incorporated these stretch bands into my daily workouts.
The bands have held up wonderfully — after several months of daily use (even while on vacation because they can be used anywhere) — none have broken.
I’m certain they can break if they are over stretched or used on a rough surface. I actually use mine on curtain rings which are fastened to basement support poles with velcro. On vacation, I used the door strap on a patio door which worked perfectly.
To compensate for the problem of the straps and carabiner rubbing my arms, I ordered a pair of arm protectors from Amazon for roughly $13.00. They work perfectly too.
All stretch bands aren’t equal though. I thought I’d supplement my bands with a less expensive set from another company. Two of those bands broke the first time I used them, two others followed a few workouts later. The fifth band didn’t break, but I tossed it out anyway. At least for my money I got an extra set of handles and ankle straps (which I also use for handles).
I recently ordered a second set of Fit Simplify bands from Amazon which I expect will serve me well for a time. Let’s face it, they will eventually break or if I’m observant enough, they will start to show signs of breaking and I will replace them before they do.
Right now I have two sets in perfect working order and I am happy.

This is a great little set that will enable you to do a good variety of exercises. Has a door hook that you can use to place your band at any height. There’s a good variety of tensions and additional hand and ankle attachments as well.

Items are missing in the received packets. No handle bars found thus making the resistance bands totally useless o use as I cannot use these bands without that, moreover gate knob is also not present in the box. I have asked for the return.
