I have bought these a few times for work and home and they are my favorite loop bands. They last long, don’t snap too easily, the strength stays the same consistency pretty long if even if you use them every day, they also come in a little bag which is convenient. Worth the price!

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas.
Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Pero es una apreciación independiente de su calidad.

I can tell the difference between the resistance level, they are easy to use and stay in place really good, and I love the color!!! 🙂 The instruction guide is excellent and great for beginners to use, as well as advanced who want a really good workout.
