I have some IT band issues and of late have developed trigger finger and saw an occupational therapist who recommended I massage in a particular way at my trigger joint, using my thumb from my other hand, was tiring, but actually using this tool gets deep release of scarring and is very easy to use! Easy to use and nice for traveling because it is lightweight and versatile. Lotion helps the scraper glide over the skin more easily. Nice to use after a run or a lot of walking.

All around really like this! My only issue with it is that it gets slippery if your hands are a bit sweaty or if any lotion gets under your grip. But love the multiple different ways to use it and it’s super easy to use. Very light and worked as well as the one my OT used.
