I’m 6’8” with a 40” waist, it fit me perfectly. I’ve had four guys my size from my Muay Thai class kick and punch me as hard as they could. I felt the inertia of it pushing me backwards, but I felt zero impact to my abdomen! I’m buying four more so each of those guys can wear one. My training partner tried it to let me kick him. He was smiling! I know it costs more than the other guys, but it pays you back in legit sparing with no abdominal injuries! Get it!
