I have tried many different brands if amino acids and I am very pleased with the high quality of these. I have been taking them in between my meals and 2 hours before a protein bar or shake and workout and definitely have noticed a difference. I was reluctant because of the price and they are equal if not better than a few other brands I tried over the years. I will be sticking with this brand as long as they don’t raise their prices. Very pleased and definitely recommend giving them a try.. Update to my review. I bought more and ordered again. The last brand I used raised their price after a few good reviews. I hope this brand doesn’t. They are as high quality as a brand I was paying a lot more for the same amount of BCAA’s. Very happy with this company and looking at some of their other products.

I take one before drinking my protein shakes after my workout. I am expecting to have better absorption of the protein powder I use for body building. The vanilla taste is very good whether I mix it with milk or water.
