    I like this version of the Wellness Petit Planner best (there’s another edition that doesn’t work so well for me). I like the trackers at the bottom and the small section on self-care. After five weeks, there’s a monthly summary where you can talk about what went well in the last month, the progress you made, and what you’ll try out the next month. It’s really helped me stay on top of my health!

    This is exactly what I was looking for to help keep myself accountable. I have several apps I keep track of this all separately and it’s easy to brush those off. Came with really cute stickers! Each month starts with weight, measurements and personal goal memo space to keep you on track and really thinking about it. 6 months of space for this journal. I’ll see how it goes but I can see myself getting more in the future.

    I absolutely love this wellness log, and I’ve gone through so many different variants of notebooks and journals in search of something that is simple and allows for the consistency of use a breeze. Many wellness journals go far too much into the weeds of specific macros, calories, hours/minutes, and many other statistics throughout the day. All I wanted was a bigger picture, week-by-week log, and this journal made all of that so much more digestible (no pun intended). Looking forward to purchasing another once my six months with this one is completed!

    Loosing or maintaining weight is a science between dietary intake, exercise and, sleep. This journal has really helped keep me accountable for all of it. I like that it has the divided sections for all off that. The only downside about this product is that it is a little small. I don’t have the best handwriting and it forces me to write pretty small. Over all for the quality of the book is worth the price.

    I purchased to help keep track of my goals. I am looking forward to using it as it seems easy to use and a great way to stick to a routine. However, I purchased a new book for a new price and there are spots in my book where someone has written, showing this is a book that was probably returned. Luckily, it is still okay to use, but not what I was expecting or paid for.

    I really love the 2nd edition of the petite wellness planner. The weekly layout puts everything at a glance with enough room to log activity and habit tracking on the left view and a food log and self care section on the right. The 2nd edition also removed the water/daily step/sleep under each day and included it at the bottom of the page within Habit Tracking which looks a lot less busy. Being an undated 6 month planner really helps you start/stop when you need to and the monthly review helps you review and prioritize on any goals. I just bought my 3rd edition so I highly recommend!

    This is my number one must have for any weight loss or fitness journey!

    You can track diet, exercise, monthly goals, and progress. Each monthly progress page even has enough space for journaling or a progress picture. The stickers are just added cuteness.

    The size of the journal is perfect to throw in a gym back or backpack (I bring mine to work daily). It’s very cute which never hurts!

    The only thing I wish this journal had is more pages. I recently bought a second one because each book only covers 30 weeks progress.
