I wanted to love it, but the product is too big for my waist. I put as many links as needed to form a circle and the hoop just falls on my hips and I am not able to spin it because the roller thing just gets stuck on my hips since it is wobbling so much. I tried to remove one more link but they don’t bend enough, so I am not able to close the circle, even when I try to close it in general, when it’s not on my waist. But I guess it still works for someone with a bit bigger waist.
It’s also not really that quiet.

I love this product . It’s a fun way to work up a sweat ! I was hesitant at first but I’ve literally lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks . Buy this!

I just got this in the mail today. It was easy to put together. After watching videos of women using it, it doesn’t look like much of a workout, but I assure you, you feel it. It definitely takes work to keep the weight spinning. I will come update if anything goes wrong, but as of right now, I think this is a good low impact form of cardio for a lot of different ages, men or women. Any way to get your heart rate up is great.

Back in my youth I was pretty good with a hula hoop so I thought this would be fun and easy. It’s a fun way to exercise but harder to keep going than I thought. I just started and hope the results are as good as people say they are.

I like this product, it’s a little snug but I can use it. I’m 65 and less active so I feared I might still gain weight and thought I had chosen a higher weight size. I do really like this one. Ordered a different brand but might keep this one too, it’s good to have choices.
