I bought a small, and my leg measured slightly below a small, but they have great support despite that and are super comfortable. My knee feels fully supported, and I’m impressed with the price. I’m glad I didn’t pay the big bucks.

I ordered M which is supposed to fit 17-19.5in thigh. My thigh is 18.25in and it was immediately painful and way too tight on the thigh, but only at the edge where the grip strips are. I have no idea how this could possibly work for someone with a 19.5in thigh. If I went up to a L the knee cap area would definitely be too loose. It’s already not as snug as I’d like for exercise in that area but it seems like it would be comfortable for all day wear. The rest of the brace seemed to fit well but the thigh area being so incredibly tight makes it unwearable.
