Ya tengo un mes usándolo, el rebote es perfecto y el tamaño también es menos ruidoso de lo que esperaba, porque las ligas van mejor que los resortes. Para armarlo necesitas fuerza y a otra persona que te ayude. Me ha encantado lo recomiendo.

I bought this rebounder because of the good reviews and a blogger suggested it. I was not sure how many stars to give them. Darchen’s customer service is excellent and the rebounder does seem to be a quality product (I will update later on the quality once I’ve used it a while). But I wouldn’t know anything about their customer service if there weren’t issues to begin with. I received it in 2 days which is nice but these are the issues I had.
1. Box not sturdy enough. It was pretty beat up with one corner ripped open. The 3 straps are what kept it all together.
2. Bungees are difficult to put on but by following the instructions (which I didn’t do completely the first time) using the tool they provided with some muscle and a couple of broken fingernails I got them on.
3. Handlebar did not fit in the handrail supports. I have a balance problem so can’t use it without the handrail. And this is what the remainder of my review is about.
I contacted customer service but I’m impatient so I ordered another thinking it was a fluke and I’d return the first. The second one came quickly but had the same issue with the handrail. By this time customer service had responded and said that I needed the new replacement handrails but they couldn’t send them to me directly because the order was already completed. They gave me link to the handrails saying I’d have to order them but they’d refund me the cost upfront I just needed to tell them how much because they couldn’t see the price. Seemed weird to me but I told them how much for 2. They said to only order one because one package came with 2 handrails but they refunded me for the price of 2 because of the inconvenience (sweet). In the meantime I returned the first tramp for a return no problem. I received the handrails within 2 days and they fit. Because I had returned the first tramp I had to assemble the second tramp. Then I encountered the next issue.
4. Not enough bungees. The first rebounder came with all 30 bungees but the second only had 15. I contacted customer service again and they sent me 30. That took a little bit longer for them to respond and for me to receive but it was 4th of July weekend. I got them yesterday and assembled it today and it appears to be good quality. All said and done it took 3 weeks exactly from the first order to final assembly today. Like I said excellent customer service but wished I didn’t have to find out the hard way.

Pros: This is a sturdy mini trampoline and I’ll be using it for years to come! I work at home and jump on it when i need a break from working on the computer.
Cons: It is challenging to attached the bungee cords. I had to have my husband put on a couple for me as I wasn’t strong enough to do the initial ones. It probably took me a couple hours to put all the bungee cords on. I did it over time and finally found a system that worked for me. Do follow the directions and put the bungee cords on the leg attachments first and then continue to put them on across from each other.
Conclusion: I bought it on sale and it was worth it for the price. It matters how valuable your time is as the bungee cords definitely take time and effort to assemble.

I did not expect the assembly to be easy based on other reviews. I was not disappointed, it was extremely difficult, took a lot of strength and at times I wanted to give up. But I did it by myself (64 yo female) and had all but 2 of the bungees in place in the same day. The next morning I came back with renewed strength and got the last 2 placed. I have been happily jumping ever since.
A couple of things I learned along the way. The frame does not snap firmly into place. Not sure why it was made that way. But after I assembled the frame and attempted to put on the first few bungees the frame kept falling apart (its 3 pieces that make up the circle). The youtube instructions said to assemble the frame then put one bungee first on north, then south, then east and west. The guy did not address the frame falling apart issue and this is where I almost gave up. But thankfully I persevered. Before I put on the west bungee I noticed the frame was getting sturdy but one piece was again disconnected. I had to give it a lot of strength to push the steel male part into the female part. Once I did that and had the first 4 bungees connected the bungee force/counter force held the frame together and it was never a problem after that. If you don’t understand this right now, you will when you start to put it together. After that, I followed the instructions of putting a bungee on every 5th slot. The best tool for me was the long almost rectangle one. That one did not pinch my hand at all, the other tool did. For my model, the instructions for the rectangle tool are not in the instruction manual but are on a little post card that you could miss. I saw that about halfway through and it made the job much easier even though still requiring a lot of push and pull strength. Now I love this rebounder so far. It is stable, has great jump capacity, and it’s silent. It does not fold up but I want it where I can see it so I will continue to use it. Time will tell if rebounding is my key to optimal health. But so far I am happy with my purchase.

Un peu compliqué à monter à cause de la myriade d’élastiques, mais on y arrive. J’ai pris le modèle avec la barre de maintien, mais celle-ci est un peu trop large et j’ai dû forcer pour l’emboîter.
Je suis assez grand (1m82) et je me rends compte qu’un modèle 20 cm plus large aurait été mieux adapté.
Tout cela étant, je mets quand même 4 étoiles. À mon avis, tout modèle moins cher que celui-ci risque de faire jouet.
Je m’en sers surtout pour m’échauffer de manière douce, par exemple avec des jumping jacks.

Wow! This tramp delivers way, way, above it’s price point! Sturdy and feels well built. Super impressed, and that is saying a lot because I wasn’t expecting Bellicon ($700-800) dollar performance from a $80 tramp. I’m 50yrs old 6’3″ and 295lbs I have an old knee injury that keeps me from running like I used to, but this thing is just fun and low impact perfect for the indoor gym. My whole family loves it! Wife and kids. I was so impressed I order two more just to have for the future. Although I believe this will last a long time, when I find a gem like this I normally back up the truck. Just buy it, you’ll like it! 👍

Non trovo adeguato il rapporto qualità prezzo. Dopo pochi giorni di uso (ma troppi per poterlo restituire), sempre nella stessa stanza, usato sempre da una stessa e unica persona (kg. 60 per 1.80 di altezza), alcuni elastici hanno cominciato a sfilacciarsi, l’uno dopo l’altro, per poi lacerarsi e spaccarsi del tutto. Il prodotto non ha elastici di ricambio. Scrivo questa recensione solo dopo aver contattato il venditore, riportando il problema riscontrato e documentando con foto, ma non ho avuto alcuna risposta.
