I have bad knees, one needing replaced. These eased my pain level and aligned my knee so I could walk without pain. They also didn’t “travel” like most other compression socks or braces. That said, I did find out that the material used to keep them in place, I am allergic to. First time ever!. But they still work over my leggings or even jeans!

I’ve had knee issues in the past, 30 years as a tilesetter. Arthritic symptoms after long walks or leg resistance training became frustratingly common. I’ve used bulky knee braces that gave good support but became uncomfortable when used over periods longer than a couple hours. The copper braces I received yesterday are much lighter weight and not bulky at all. At first they seemed a little snug but that feeling soon disappeared once I started my morning hike. I kept them on for about five hours to see how they would feel while sitting down and eating breakfast and driving to the gym to do various leg workouts. And then driving back home. In the past, my left knee would stiffen up while driving and make it difficult to get out of the car. I was happily surprised that was not the case today. It’s been about 8 hrs since I removed them and my knees feel great. I’ve used copper products in the past to ease joint and back pain with decent results, but this is the first time with knee braces/sleeves. I’ll give them a 5 star rating.

I bought these to stabilize my knee while recovering from a minor injury. At first, based on the sizing chart, I ordered size medium. But the top part around the thigh was too tight, After an hour or so wearing it, it felt like my circulation was being restricted and it hurt the inside of my thigh.
So, I ordered a large, thinking that would fit better. It was wider, but unfortunately it was also taller, so fit higher up on my thigh and was therefore too tight again. I had to send them back.
They seem nice and a good thickness, and during the hour or so I could actually wear them, seemed to stabilize my knee. I’m not sure how you can ensure a good fit,? Since everyone has different body shapes and sizes.

I got these because of the price and how quickly I was able to get these and am I glad I stumbled upon these. I have achy knees during the cooler weather and I’m had ok results with regular compression sleeves. These are copper line and the same price as the regular compression sleeves so I decided to try these out. I saw them selling copper lined compression ones at Costco but it was close to double the price of these. These are nice and cushioned and are the perfect size. They were not too big or too small. I highly recommend these if you have knee issues. They are so comfortable sometimes I don’t realize I have them on.
