I can tell that if the sizing fits well and it arrives in great shape that this would be a very nice knee sleeve. I like that it’s thin and soft and bends well with the knee. Right out of the package, however, I noticed a seam ‘escape’ issue before putting it on that I’m going to have to try to sew up so it doesn’t get worse. My knee measures 16″ (at the top side of the large size chart) so I figured it would have better compression than it does when I ordered the large. It is a bit big on me with less compression, although I do understand that this isn’t meant to squeeze the knee or leg. I will still wear this (after sewing) on my one knee that is giving me some issues – it is comfortable enough to wear all day. I have a knee replacement on my other knee and do not want to do THAT again so I’ll take all the support I can get.

I have a problem with a tendon in my knee. A simple, long compression brace works great, but can be uncomfortable. This brace has just enough compression for my knee to remain stable without being overly binding or uncomfortable.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees and I am recovering from a meniscus tear in one, so I wear compression knee sleeves whenever I walk or exercise. I have a bunch of different sleeves with different fabrics and designs from different manufacturers. This compression knee sleeve is longer than most of my other sleeves, and the fabric is much thinner. I measured my knee to get the correct size, and the sleeve I got fits perfectly and is very comfortable. It stays in place as I move around, and it does not restrict the movement of my joint. It provides good compression, but it does not contribute much to knee stability, so I am mostly wearing it on my “good” knee.
Because the fabric is so thin, it’s great for wearing under tight clothing. The product description claims that the fabric “recycles body heat.” However, when wearing this sleeve on a long walk in freezing temperatures, it did not keep my knee as warm as the thicker fabric sleeve I wore on my other knee. At over $20 for a single sleeve, this product is more expensive than most of my other knee sleeves, including others with copper ion fibers. It’s a good choice if minimizing bulk is important to you, but if you are seeking support and warmth for your knee, it’s not your best option.

Wore today playing tennis. The fit is perfect. Stays in place. My knee actually hurt less than with any other knee sleeves.
I would recommend highly

This is not a brace for support as it will only provide up to LIGHT support. It’s design is more about compression and warmth.
It is very thin and will remind you of bicycle shorts on thin athletic type clothing for exercise. It is very comfortable and feels good on the skin.
I measured per their directions and I was 14 3/4″ and so I ordered the LARGE size. It fits me very nicely.
I can see why they say you can wear it all day since it is thin and not super tight. There are gel squiggly lines underneath the top elastic to help aid in avoiding slippage. It seems to work but I have yet to see it work to perfection on any knee sleeve.
I do like the length on this one which is neither short nor long. It looks good as well and looks well made.

Very little to no support. The brace has to be positioned many times thru the day as it rolls up or down.
Not worth the effort.
