This is a size L/XL copper fit knee sleeve stabilizer. The brace is made from a blend of nylon, spandex and polyester. The brace measures approximately 12″ long and the width tapers from 6″ at the top to 5″ at the bottom. The brace is soft, stretchy and has removable metal side stabilizers. I have a torn my medial meniscus and often feel instability on my knee especially while exercising. I have tried other braces in the past that provided some support but this knee brace provided more security and stability while playing pickle ball. I am very pleased with this well made knee brace and I would recommend it.

Firstly I want to start with the sizing. It’s a bit odd to have sizes like small/medium and large/x-large. Seems like the range is too large in each size. Since this is supposed to be a compression sleeve you need to have it sized well otherwise there’s no point. So the manufacturer really should have discrete small, medium, large, etc. sizes.
In my case I got the L/XL based on the measurements. Fit is okay and comfortable but I wish it was a little tighter to provide more support. Getting the S/M size isn’t an option as that would be too small and too tight. So you see the problem with only 3 size ranges.
The side supports are a flexible strip of plastic running the full length on each side. The strips flex at the knee joint. Not really sure ho much additional support these really add as they are very flexible. After wearing for a file I really can’l feel the side supports at all.
For the premium price I would like to have seen more care put into proper sizing. Also the side stabilizers should be more robust.

Thick material with built in stabilizers. True to size chart fit. What amazed me was how comfortable this compression sleeve was and it’s cooling effect was amazing. I have other knee braces but now like this one best, not too soft, not too hard, perfect material thickness, fit and feel. Super fast shipping
