At £4.99 when I received it I’d say it’s worth the money. It’s a novelty and fun item to be honest and mainly used for entertainment purposes rather than a method of training in the art of self defence. I’d be surprised if the master, Bruce Lee could use it as it takes way more dexterity and super quick reaction skills than that of 99% of human beeens! 😂
It’s really easy to set up, you just thread the elastic cord through the hole, tie it off and then flick the velcro over the elastic cord. You set your desired length by simply reducing the length of the elastic, it’s that simple!
If you’ve got a group of people together and they all attempted to use it, to see who could get the most ball contacts I can see how it would be entertaining. Also, the way the ball flies back and cracks your town halls and face, without causing any harm I would add is really, really funny, you’ll get a laugh out of this alone I would suggest.

I’ve seen these priced much higher than this one is. Idk how those other ones work but this one is awesome. Hours of fun. Worth the price! The quality is great and it’s easy to use. We’ve only had it a few days and I can actually see my kids hand eye coordination improving. One size fits all.

Kind of tactical 2 zips only though inside the front chest there is a small black pouch in the zip pocket, Feels like it should be more versatile though, I don’t think I like having bottle of water on my back it digs into my body feels odd, wearing the phone on the chest wasn’t so bad, the back feels like it should stay slim, even though you could put a water bottle in it, the material may break over time its just net design, so expect it to tear in the future. It was adjustable though so loosen the bottom half, I’m a usually 40-42″ chest I vary between 38 and 44 based on my chest workouts and how much food i eat. Right now I’m 40″ and it felt fine wearing it.
Its very light and the reflective straps really do light up loud in front of a car, this is probably easier than running with an armband as they can itch the arms thanks to my big muscles, this was easier to use than an armband. It is good quality but its not good durability I get the feeling this will wane in many washes and over time rip. I wouldn’t trust putting my money in the strap though it get wet from the sweat, it did come with everything as stated in the photos, I might of had the hook for keys hidden but its there on mine. Yeah I took a star off for the water bottle reason, just couldn’t wear it on my back, you might be able to I can’t.
Overall its a good product I recommend this one it looks cool, but think it should be like 10-12 quid tops though because of the lack of durability.
