Because I liked this journal so much the first time I got it (and they were sold out everywhere for months!) I tried other planners from Clever Fox, and while they’re all good, this one is by far the best! This is great if you are trying to slow down, enjoy each day, and make the most of your time. The prompts for each day allow you to get in touch with your feelings daily and get to know yourself a little bit deeper. I really appreciate that it’s undated so if you’re going through a period where you’re feeling too busy or overwhelmed you can skip a week and not waste any pages. I love that when I finish a journal, I can go back and see my progress over time. It really helps to set 3 month goals for yourself and focus on building better habits & completing small tasks to reach your goals! There is nothing I would change or add to this journal – the price ($25) has stayed the same since I first started to use this over a year ago. I’d recommend this to anyone trying to work on themselves and track their progress.

Looking forward to starting this daily planner. I like the layout. The question prompts are very good. It’s quite detailed. Seems like it’ll take a little bit to get going but it’ll be easy to spend a little time each day morning and evening filling it in. I thought it would be a little larger for the price. Love the soothing blue color.

I’m not good with keeping up with journaling (for the daily section there’s a morning and evening reflection and I always forget to do the evening one, and I’m not consistent with the morning one either), but I feel this is slowly helping me change and when I do use it I feel it helps me reflect on some things. It’s not a life changer but it’s a tool I feel is nice to have.

I love the daily work, morning and night. The colors are great and being more organized will he much easier. However, the card that comes with the book is in such small print, it isn’t very beginner friendly for these exercises. Excellent questions inside!

This journal is amazing. I never took any time for myself but I fill this out every evening and if I write it down I make sure I do it.
It has weekly review pages so you can reflect on what you’ve accomplished in a week and it also has spaces for you monthly calendars etc.
It helps form positive habits and keeps you motivated.
I use lots of colours and stickers to decorate my pages.
I love this book and will 100% be carrying this on. It has changed how I look after myself. I always think about the family – kids etc but never took time for me and my self care. I do now and I feel great for it.

My daughter and I decided to start journaling for self care, as we felt that if we both did it, we would stick with it. I picked this journal and she chose another. After watching some You Tube videos on how others used it, it all made so much sense to me. I look forward to my AM journaling and PM journaling time. It doesn’t take a lot of time, but for the few mintues it does take, I look forward to the “me” reflecting time and planning out my day. It also forces me to look inward and make concious positive choices regarding my thinking, rather than jumping to my usual pessimestic thinking, which I am trying to change. Rome wasn’t built in a day and my bad habits won’t change overnight, but I think this will definitely help me learn to change my thinking and outlook. This is a three-month journal. I started it October 1st, so by the end of the year, my hope is to change my thinking enough to help lessen the extra stress I am putting on myself, as stress is starting to affect my health. If it helps, I will continue to buy a new journal every three months as it will be WELL worth it!! Keep in mind, it will only work if you do!!!!!

I was a smidgeon anti-journal but needed to give it a try to get over some difficult stuff so I did and I have to say, these ones are pretty good. Probably the least annoying of the ones I looked at and whilst writing down a daily affirmation still gives me the ick, the other questions don’t make me jitter. They have actually been really helpful in getting me to focus a bit more on myself instead of looking after others and are a daily reminder that I need to take time to rest, recover and to live life to the full. So definitely helped me be more selfish. Win.

It has multiple prompts for writing,positive affirmations,questions that make you really think to answer. It’s a fun journal. Great for mental health regulation. I love it. Oh,and it has stickers that come with it and a back cover pocket to store anything you want to. Also a convenient favorite journal pen holder. Great value and invention.

I loved the journal!! Makes me want to write down things immediately, plan ahead, organize, etc.
The only reason I give 4 stars is because the monthly review only comes to do it 5 times, which I’d have loved to do it monthly, meaning 12 times. I’ll have to do the other monthly reviews on a paper apart, or at the back of the book which has some pages for free writing But in general I love it 😀 😍
