Very interesting book I love the content but the writing was a little faint for me and its not easy to make out the words but over all your brand is lovely.

This journal is absolutely perfect. It’s easy to understand how to use it. It comes with a little booklet to help you use it. It let’s you record your calorie intake as well as your carbs, protein and fat.
It helps to keep track of how much water you’re drinking for the day and how many caffeinated drinks you consume. It helps you to build healthy habits as well as make sure you take care of yourself. It has six months worth of pages to keep you on track. Plus the stickers are a lovely touch. I say it’s every penny. I highly recommend this if you want a good journal that will help you lose weight.

This journal is a good size and incredibly detailed. I was expecting a smaller journal but was happy to see that it has a nice size that is able to store tons of information. This journal has areas to track weight, measurements, food (obviously), workout routines, goals, habits, daily steps, sleep, mood, energy and activity level, water, caffeine and how many fruits and vegetables you’ve eaten.
The food tracking area of the journal covers six months of undated days and allows you to track different macros. Protein, fat, and carbs are what’s listed in the book but there are two blank spots you can fill in to track other things. I filled one in to track the amount of sugar I intake. There’s even a shopping list at the beginning of each month right before the daily food logs that allows you to write down everything you need and estimate what those groceries will cost.
I highly recommend this journal to anyone who’s looking to lose, gain, or maintain weight. It features everything you would need to track and also leaves a few spots open so you can write down extra things you’d like to track.

I decided to track my food intake as I wasn’t able to tell people when they asked, how much of this macro or that macro I’m eating a day, or in general. Just saying I eat low carb isn’t enough, I need to know how many carbs I eat in a day and on average during the week. And this planner helps me track that. I also use the Carb Manager app and paid for the better version – it makes tracking macros soooo much easier and I can then transfer the totals into this planner and have 6 months of date on hand to flip though. The app is a little harder to see more than a few days at a time, so both make a more complete system for me to log foods and macros.
Now I do wish Clever Fox made smaller stickers that fit the areas in this planner much better than the set included with the planner. They take up a bit too much space in a small-scale planner like this, but I like being able to decorate my planner, just not with huge stickers (huge compared to the spaces/room to put stickers on the pages). I like them to also include number dots to stick on the month pages as well.
All in all, I like the planner and enjoy relaxing while filling it out. Was a major hassle at first, but once I started using Carb Manager that has the ability to scan labels for instant macro information, I no longer have to list every tiny detail of every bite I take during the day – just transfer the totals from the app – far less stressful. Both do require logging information manually, but once you build your base it’s pretty quick and easy from there on (building the base of foods you eat or recipes you use is a bit daunting and time consuming – but worth the effort if you really want to know what you consume each day and over a period of time).

I have gotten this brand of food journal before but not the food journal pro. I like the pro it is a bigger book than the other one. I am halfway through the book, and I have lost 25 pounds keeping track of what I eat, exercises. How much water, fruit, vegetables, and caffeine.

I absolutely love this Food Journal Pro (in light blue) and I wish I’d bought it years ago! Honestly, I’d give it 10 stars if I could!! I’m desperate to lose weight but I keep losing motivation. I’ve tried so many other smaller ones, but I’ve never felt encouraged by them. I decided to give this one a go because I loved the look of it online and the reviews were great.
Pros:
• The light blue colour is beautiful!
• You can instantly tell that it’s very well made and excellent quality.
• The daily pages have plenty of space to record everything that you want to keep record of.
• There are monthly record pages so you can see your progress or make note of where you went wrong and what you’ll change next month.
• The monthly calendar pages are useful for keeping record of appointments and events.
• There’s an exercise planner page, great for planning leg days and arm days!
• At the back of the book there’s a whole page for recording body measurements every week for 6 months.
• Stickers! I love the stickers!
• The pocket at the back is large enough to store extra stickers, purchased separately!
• The whole book can be securely fastened with the elastic band.
• There’s 3 ribbons, so you can bookmark 3 important pages at once.
Cons:
• It’s not really a hardback, as stated in the description. The cover is flexible but not too thin. Personally I love it!
• There’s no pen holder as stated. Again, not a problem for me.
