I love anything by this brand, but this one is a huge win. It has a space to track ANYTHING you can think of on a fitness or wellness journey. Water, goals, macros, workouts, moods, etc. This is exactly what I needed. I have used phone apps but I lose interest as I don’t want to be on my phone constantly. Awesome find

I was really excited to use this once I started working out but that didn’t last long. I’m glad that there are bookmarks to help remember where to log, but, the weekly meal log should be closer to the daily log not in the back. The food and beverages is not big enough to log everything consumed in a day and it throws off serving sizes by combining foods with drinks. Workout log: I make a space between each workout because it gets confusing to read. Food log: I think the recipe and grocery list may be a waste of space and could replace it with more days to track exercise and foods. Because of this, I will probably only use half of this book. I like the start, goals and monthly reviews. And the goal tracker to have visible proof on whether you are being consistent. I after 4 weeks of not logging, I now set a reminder in my phone to log.

I love this! I recently bought another book that I was very dissapointed in because it only had 3 months of planning pages. But this book has 6 months! Finally, a book I was after. I also really love the layout and the book is much bigger then I thought, which isn’t a problem. The color is also a bonus! ♥

Clever Fox has great layouts for journals, and nice quality paper and binding to match. This workout journal is well-intentioned but falls short. The food journal should be separate and the workout logging is sort of cumbersome. It’s weird that the first entry has the reps/sets in the box where you’d write it. I do like the extra pages where you can record measurements and other fitness goals. Overall, for a beginner, it’s okay – but while I like Clever Fox journals, I prefer something more unstructured for my goals.

This lovely Fitness Journal is a great tool to help you stay on track with your health and fitness goals. When you order one you can choose from many colors and this is for both males and females. I ordered this pretty gold yellow to keep me cheered up and from a positive standpoint. The color is very vibrant and it is well-made with the Faux Leather. It tells you it is a hardcover but you are able to bend it and I often leave it in the pretty box it came in. It also comes with some very nice stickers. It is easy to read and does offer a lot from tracking your workout, to a shopping list, to your weight progress. I thas monthly goals and reviews. Everything I feel I need to help me stay on track with my own personal goals. this is a great price for another tool to help you create and work on your goals. I love the design, the layout, and the support I get from seeing my progress. This is a 6-month fitness journal and yes I like this so much I will be ordering another.

It comes with stickers, a measuring tape, and a grid to show you how to use the book. Would make a very nice gift or keep for yourself.
