    Received this book to help me document my new weight loss and exercise plan for 2925. The book came in quick and I reviewed all of the pages inside the book. It was exciting to imagine how I will document all of my activities in the book and watch as I am targeting a permanent change to my eating and exercise regime. Great durability and organization found in the book.

    I looked at a lot of different work out journals and this one ended up having the most features including food logging which I needed to track my calories. Comes with three string bookmarks so you can go back to prior sections quickly. Excellent.

    Really nice journal. The cover has a nice feel, and the pages are thick, nothing cheap feeling about it. Love how they give you space to track multiple goals.

    This journal is not for me. I am dedicated to improving my health but the work involved in keeping up with this journal is too much.

    I have two suggestions if you are interested in tracking your health with this journal: Set some time aside each day to set up your day, and then some extra time for your week and month. Also, keep this journal with you everywhere you go so you can log your intakes in real time. The downside to this tactic is that the book is weighty. And if you leave it somewhere then someone will find your personal entries.

    The pages are thick. You don’t have to worry about using pen or erasing a lot if you use pencil. The stickers are cute and add some flavor but that’s more time spent “playing” with this journal.

    This is a great device if you have the tracker/planner motivated mentality. It takes dedication and time and energy. If that’s you, then this will be a great tool for tracking your overall health and fitness.

    I love Clever Fox but this journal was subpar to my previous experiences. It’s beautifully designed but is missing some components from other journals by them.

    This notebook isn’t for everyone!

    I have the purple version. It comes with a fun, thick and has engraved patterns. It also has space to store your pen.

    As the headline says, it has lots of sections for tracking, everything from calories and physical activity for every day as well as monthly reflections to complete. I imagine this could be useful for tracking your progress over time and it helps with motivation. The sections are very detailed too, so it gives one insight into what they can improve upon on their fitness journey.
