Love this. Really nice to not hang the Bag from the ceiling. Super durable. You will need to weight down the front to keep it from moving around too much. Not a problem though. Use you extra weights

I think the bag and stand themselves are great. I’m a shorter dude, and the bag does hang low as many have noted, but I was able to adjust it higher by using the included carabiners to hook into the chains higher up. Stability itself seems fine, but I don’t do a lot of kicking, I just throw punches. But I wail on this thing and it doesn’t shift much and has never threatened to tip over.
When I first got the shipment, only one of two boxes showed up at my apartment complex, the one with the stand. The box that supposedly had the bag in it was nowhere to be found. I contacted their customer service and told them the bag was missing, and with zero runaround or hesitation, the CS rep had another one shipped to me and provided me with a tracking code. It showed up a few days later and everything was right with the world. Couldn’t be happier, and I definitely recommend this setup for anyone who wants to box recreationally or just use it for a good cardio workout.

The only thing frustrating about this was the shipping since it came in separate packages and the bag arrived several days later than the expected date—to the point where I was almost ready to do a return and get a refund.
Glad I didn’t though, and the patience paid off. This is a great quality frame and bag combo, and good value for money. And as an unexpected surprise, the bag actually came pre-filled. I was expecting to have to fill it myself.
You will need weights to keep the structure still if you hit with any force at all, so keep that in mind.
Also, if you are taller than 5’10” or so, you will likely need to adjust the bag to hang higher. I’m 6’0” and if I punch straight across my glove is glancing off the top of the bag where the chains link up. But that is something that is fixable with an extra loop from the hardware store.
Overall I’m very satisfied with the purchase and love using it. Recommend.

Slides easy but easy to fix that with a mat or weights on the posts. Easy assembly just need your own 17mm wrench. Quick shipping too. Came a day early.

Good heavy bag and stand. The box was damaged when it arrived and one of the plastic trim caps as cracked in half. I just taped it together with electrical tape. Very happy with this thing though.

This is a great system overall BUT like the other reviews say, it’s very short due to the long chains. I’m a 5’5 female and it’s not the right height or what you’d expect. I purchased 2 4.2” heavy duty carabiners and 2 2.9” triangle heavy duty carabiners (only needed one of these) in order to shorten the chains and hang it up as pictured. Now it’s the perfect height for both me and my husband who’s 6’0. Carabiners are from Amazon. Once you solve that issue, it’s a great bag and stand.
