Being older, I began to have issues with thin skin. I don’t eat the amount of food I used to and after a lot of trying to figure out why it dawned on me I was not getting enough of something and my body was trying to tell me. I have been taking this about 3 weeks now and the results are great. My skin is healthier and my energy level and elevated. I will definitely keep taking this. They are big, but I just put on my big girl clothes and swallow. Buy them, You will be glad you did.
