I bought this a year ago but keep forgetting to take it. No taste or smell of course. I put it straight in my mouth and drink water. As far as how it actually works, I don’t know. It started clumping up after a few months, but that’s probably my fault. With any creatine you take, take 5g every single day whether you workout or not. Drink more water than usual.

Individual responses to creatine can vary widely. Personally, I believe creatine has a noticeable effect on my athletic capabilities. I feel that it helps me spar intensely for longer and be less fatigued in jiu jitsu, as well as complete a few more reps when lifting weights. Since there has apparently been a worldwide creatine shortage lately and the price shot up, I stopped taking it for a couple months. I really feel like my athletic performance suffered, then noticeably improved after about 2 weeks of taking creatine again.
This company also makes a few “NSF certified for sport” products, which makes me feel like this is a trustworthy brand. Like every other creatine I’ve tried, this is flavorless and gritty and doesn’t really seem to dissolve. I swirl it in a shot of water and swallow it. This is quick and easy and not too unpleasant. I tried mixing it in my protein shakes in the past, but it makes them unpleasantly gritty to me. I prefer to take creatine in the powder form, like this product, because in order to get 5 grams you’d need to take like 5 capsules.

If it’s your time using this product, slowly ease your body onto it per serving. You will experience side effects if you are not eating properly and staying hydrated. I suggest a gallon of water a day minium if you’re taking it daily or however many times you choose. I take two servings a day, one before and one after my workout with plenty of water. Great Results Overall. Stay consistent my friends.

I have purchased this product multiple times for my husband and I. We love it. The taste is great and it is easy to mix into things you are already eating and drinking. I would recommend having a food scale when taking this product just from personal experience. I have noticed a difference in my progress in the gym when I am taking this. We both take this and work out regularly. We of course have done our research and follow recommendations from the medical field about water intake and break schedules. This is the only creatine product I have found that is great value for the price and has a taste that is great!

While the taste may not be pleasant, it doesn’t pose an issue for me. Over the course of a few months, I observed positive changes in my body and the weights I was lifting. Additionally, the cost-friendly nature of the product makes it a worthwhile choice. I highly recommend it. I would’ve given it 6 stars if i could.
